城市街道邊緣空間設計對于街道活力的影響研究

【摘要】:城市化急速發(fā)展的今天,城市為了滿足機動車對道路的需求不斷擴充街道車行道的寬度,侵占有限的人行空間。而這些有限的人行空間作為街道的邊緣空間恰恰就是城市公共生活主要的發(fā)展空間,也正是這些空間展現和演繹著城市的魅力與活力。城市街道是城市公共空間的重要組成部分,它不僅僅作為城市中的交通體,更是城市活動的主要發(fā)生地。人們在這里購物、交往娛樂,這里是城市居民最主要的室外活動場所,包含著人們絕大部分的日;顒,這些活動有必要的與休閑的、個體活動與群體活動、有規(guī)律的和偶然性活動,這些都體現著一個城市獨特的地域文化和風土人情,反映著城市的特征與面貌。簡.雅各布斯曾在《美國大城市的死與生》中描述:“當我們想到一個城市時,首先出現在腦海里的就是街道,街道有生氣,城市也就有生氣,街道沉悶,城市也就顯得沉悶”[1],街道就像是一個城市的名片,將城市最有特色的一面展示給人們,而同時街道也是最吸引人的環(huán)境,是城市居民生活的一個環(huán)境,更是城市生活中不可缺少的組成部分。論文對西安的主要城市區(qū)域街道邊緣空間進行了實地調研考察,詳細地比較研究了幾條有代表性的街道邊緣空間案例,參考了一些國外優(yōu)秀案例以及研究成果,對街道邊緣空間的構成元素進行了分析,嘗試歸納總結出營造富有生機的街道邊緣空間的良好模式和方法,同時也對扼殺城市生活與街道活力的負面設計因素進行分析。論文所研究的街道邊緣空間構成要素主要包括建筑控制線對于街道邊緣空間區(qū)域分配的影響、適宜的人行道寬度、如何協調像停車場入口這種無法避免的人行與車行的交通沖突、以及人行道上的綠化、圍墻、街具設施、商業(yè)設施、鋪裝等等。論文通過對這些構成模式及元素分析的同時,也研究了這些因素如何綜合的影響著城市街道邊緣空間的活力性,將這些影響因素綜合起來思考以探究最終理想的解決方案。文章最終希望通過研究,能給未來新城市區(qū)域建設以及舊城區(qū)改造的建設中帶去良好的街道邊緣空間營造模式,讓街道充滿活力與生機,同時也盡量能避免一些會對街道活力造成負面影響的問題。最終通過對街道模式的調整以及街道邊緣空間構成元素的合理設計來營造富有魅力生機的街道,真正提升城市的活力與生活品質。

This paper analyzes the structure and elements at the same time, also study how these factors affect the activity of synthesis of the edge of the city street, the influence factors of integrated thinking in order to explore the final solution. The ideal final hope through research, can give the future new city construction and transformation of the old city area construction to The street edge good space to create a pattern, make the streets full of vigor and vitality, but also try to avoid some negative impact on the rational design of street vitality. Finally through the adjustment of the street pattern and the street edge of space elements to create a charming vitality street, really enhance the vitality and quality of life of the city.
