【摘要】：在911事件之后,國(guó)際形勢(shì)風(fēng)云變化,城市防恐問題受到包括中國(guó)在內(nèi)的各國(guó)政府與學(xué)者的廣泛關(guān)注。普遍來說,城市設(shè)計(jì)具有提高公共空間品質(zhì)、增強(qiáng)空間開放度、美化城市形象的主旨,這與防恐問題中單純的安全需求有一定的矛盾之處。不可見型城市防恐設(shè)計(jì)則是在滿足人們一定的基本安全需要情況下,盡可能地達(dá)到對(duì)城市公共空間的塑造與形象的美化,這是對(duì)城市設(shè)計(jì)更多一維度的考慮。對(duì)不可見型防恐城市設(shè)計(jì)理論研究與方法探討已經(jīng)在各西方國(guó)家或城市有了一定的探討與實(shí)踐。從以美國(guó)華盛頓為首的NCUDSP的城市設(shè)計(jì)導(dǎo)則到各城市針對(duì)城市防恐安全所做的城市界面設(shè)計(jì)與防恐城市小品,各國(guó)已從不同的出發(fā)點(diǎn)在各方面提出各種針對(duì)城市防恐設(shè)計(jì)的設(shè)計(jì)理論與手法。本文通過對(duì)城市防恐設(shè)計(jì)的歷史發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與方向以及設(shè)計(jì)方法與理論進(jìn)行全面與深入的了解,根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)手法的分析與梳理進(jìn)行綜述。在論文結(jié)構(gòu)上,本文首先明確城市防恐空間設(shè)計(jì)所涉及的恐怖行為與設(shè)計(jì)意義,繼而在綜合各防恐空間設(shè)計(jì)的理論流派觀點(diǎn)與設(shè)計(jì)思路下,從城市設(shè)計(jì)整體策略、街道邊界安全設(shè)計(jì)、街道景觀設(shè)計(jì)、城市小品設(shè)計(jì)四種設(shè)計(jì)方面進(jìn)行入手,進(jìn)行逐一綜述與分析,綜述西方城市重點(diǎn)地區(qū)城市防恐空間設(shè)計(jì)方法與理論,并在文章的最后試圖對(duì)中國(guó)現(xiàn)城市防恐設(shè)計(jì)狀況提供可能的參考與啟發(fā)。
[Abstract]:After the 9 / 11 incident, the international situation has changed, and the issue of urban terrorism prevention has received extensive attention from governments and scholars of various countries, including China. Generally speaking, urban design has improved the quality of public space and enhanced the openness of space. The purpose of beautifying the image of the city is in contradiction with the simple security requirement in the problem of preventing terrorism. The design of invisible city is designed to meet the basic security needs of people. As far as possible to achieve the shaping of urban public space and image beautification, This is the consideration of more dimensions of urban design. The theory and method of invisible prevention of terror urban design have been discussed and practiced in various western countries or cities. From the Washington, USA, led by the NCUDSP. Urban design guidelines to urban interface design and anti-terror urban sketches made by cities for urban fear prevention safety, Various countries have put forward various design theories and techniques for urban anti-terror design from different starting points. This paper has a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the historical development status and direction of urban anti-terror design, as well as design methods and theories. According to the analysis and combing of the design methods, this paper summarizes the structure of the thesis, first of all, this paper clarifies the terrorist acts and the significance of the design of the urban anti-terror space design. Then, in the view of synthesizing the theories and ideas of the space design of prevention of terror, this paper starts with four aspects of the overall strategy of urban design, the design of street boundary security, the design of street landscape, the design of urban sketch. This paper summarizes and analyzes the space design methods and theories of urban terrorism prevention in the western cities, and at the end of the paper tries to provide a possible reference and inspiration for the present situation of urban anti-terror design in China.
