醫(yī)院建筑鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)抗震加固技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:既有醫(yī)院建筑鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)在地震中破壞嚴(yán)重,多次地震后隨著新規(guī)范的實施,提高了醫(yī)院建筑鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震設(shè)防類別,導(dǎo)致多數(shù)醫(yī)院建筑鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)不能滿足現(xiàn)行規(guī)范的抗震要求。本文采用增設(shè)鋼支撐加固法及強(qiáng)柱弱梁加固法對既有醫(yī)院建筑鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了相關(guān)研究,運(yùn)用物理模擬試驗等方法,確定了加固效果及加固技術(shù)的可行性,并結(jié)合工程實例,匯總了醫(yī)院建筑鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震加固技術(shù)。主要結(jié)論及成果如下:(1)經(jīng)過系統(tǒng)的調(diào)研,匯總了醫(yī)院建筑鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)比較豐富的資料,包括:平面尺寸、結(jié)構(gòu)布置、材料性能以及存在的問題等等,分析了醫(yī)院建筑鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)在地震作用下的不足。(2)增設(shè)鋼支撐加固法能提高結(jié)構(gòu)的綜合抗震能力,使框架梁端首先出現(xiàn)塑性鉸,破壞形式有所改善,同時增加結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震防線,在遭遇地震作用時鋼支撐能夠吸收地震能量首先發(fā)生破壞,從而降低地震作用對原結(jié)構(gòu)的破壞;對于提高結(jié)構(gòu)的抗側(cè)剛度、限制結(jié)構(gòu)的位移和扭轉(zhuǎn)有顯著的效果。(3)框架結(jié)構(gòu)采用樓板開角縫的方法加固后,屈服荷載明顯降低,可見樓板開角縫能有效改善原結(jié)構(gòu)的受力形態(tài),使塑性鉸首先出現(xiàn)在梁端,可以實現(xiàn)塑性鉸的轉(zhuǎn)移,真正實現(xiàn)框架結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)柱弱梁。(4)基于加固試件的物理試驗和計算模型,對鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)抗震加固承載力公式進(jìn)行了探討,給出了抗側(cè)剛度在混凝土開裂后的修正公式,計算結(jié)果與試驗結(jié)果吻合較好,可以供加固工程借鑒;現(xiàn)澆樓板開角縫加固后,削弱了板內(nèi)鋼筋對梁端抗彎性能的增大作用,可以供加固工程借鑒。(5)從結(jié)構(gòu)體系、裝配式鋼筋混凝土樓屋蓋、樓梯間、梁柱、梁柱節(jié)點以及易倒塌部位和抗扭較弱等方面,系統(tǒng)的歸納了適用于醫(yī)院建筑鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震加固方法,給相關(guān)人員進(jìn)行醫(yī)院建筑鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震加固設(shè)計以及相關(guān)的加固施工提供了一定的參考及建議。
[Abstract]:The reinforced concrete frame structure of existing hospital buildings is seriously damaged in the earthquake. After many earthquakes, with the implementation of the new code, the seismic fortification category of reinforced concrete frame structure of hospital building is improved. As a result, the reinforced concrete frame structure of most hospital buildings can not meet the seismic requirements of current code. In this paper, the reinforced concrete frame structure of existing hospital buildings is strengthened by adding steel bracing method and strengthening method of strong column and weak beam. Related research. The effect of reinforcement and the feasibility of reinforcement technology are determined by means of physical simulation test and so on, and combined with an engineering example. The seismic reinforcement technology of reinforced concrete frame structure of hospital building is summarized. The main conclusions and results are as follows: 1) through systematic investigation, the abundant data of reinforced concrete frame structure of hospital building are summarized. Including: plane size, structural layout, material properties and existing problems, and so on. This paper analyzes the deficiency of reinforced concrete frame structure in hospital building under earthquake. The addition of steel bracing method can improve the comprehensive seismic capacity of the structure and make the plastic hinge appear first at the end of the frame beam. The failure form is improved, at the same time, the seismic defense line of the structure is increased, and the steel bracing can absorb the earthquake energy to destroy first, thus reducing the damage to the original structure caused by the earthquake action. For improving the lateral stiffness of the structure, limiting the displacement and torsion of the structure, there is a significant effect. It can be seen that the opening joint of floor slab can effectively improve the force form of the original structure and make the plastic hinge first appear at the end of the beam, which can realize the transfer of plastic hinge. Based on the physical test and calculation model of reinforced concrete frame structure, the formula of seismic strengthening capacity of reinforced concrete frame structure is discussed. The modified formula of lateral stiffness after concrete cracking is given. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results, which can be used for reference in strengthening engineering. The reinforcement of cast-in-place floor with corner joint weakens the effect of reinforcing bar on the flexural behavior of beam end, which can be used for reference by strengthening engineering.) from structural system, fabricated reinforced concrete floor, stairwell, Liang Zhu. Liang Zhu joints, prone to collapse and weak torsion and other aspects, a systematic summary of the reinforced concrete frame structure suitable for hospital building seismic reinforcement method. It provides some references and suggestions for the seismic reinforcement design of reinforced concrete frame structure of hospital buildings and the related reinforcement construction.
