【摘要】：建筑工程在人們日常的生產(chǎn)與生活之中是最主要的組成部分之一,不但占據(jù)著十分重要的位置,更是基礎和保障。所以說,如果不能在質量上對建筑工程提出強有力的保證,普通百姓的財產(chǎn)甚至是生命就會受到十分嚴重的威脅,不僅如此,整個國家以及全體中華民族在世界各族人民眼中的形象也會大打折扣,受到嚴重影響�，F(xiàn)如今,對于工程質量的確保已經(jīng)成為人們最為關切的熱點之一,與此同時,它也成為能夠使得施工企業(yè)在日益激烈的競爭環(huán)境之中得以安身立命的必備條件之一。本論文是以某會議中心的鋼筋混凝土質量控制為例,通過對全面質量管理理論以及質量控制方法的合理利用,對鋼筋混凝土施工的全過程進行了有效的分析。具體來講,通過對因果圖分析法的應用找出問題對應的質量因素;通過對排列圖的應用確定質量控制的關鍵點,并且將這些關鍵點作為重要的控制對象和改進對象;通過對層次分析法以及綜合分析法的應用分析影響焊接問題雙方面的因素;通過對控制圖的應用控制箍筋制作過程的合格率。借助以上方法并且結合實際情況,從人、機、料、法、環(huán)等角度考慮,得出了工程質量控制的有效措施,為工程監(jiān)理完善質量管理體系,提高工程項目質量提供了依據(jù)和幫助。
[Abstract]:Construction engineering is one of the most important components in people's daily production and life. It not only occupies a very important position, but also the foundation and guarantee. If the quality of the construction project can not provide a strong guarantee, ordinary people's property and even life will be very serious threat, not only that. The image of the whole country and the whole Chinese nation in the eyes of the people of all ethnic groups in the world will also be seriously affected. Nowadays, the assurance of the quality of the project has become one of the most concerned hotspots. At the same time, it has become one of the necessary conditions for the construction enterprises to survive in the increasingly fierce competitive environment. This paper takes the quality control of reinforced concrete in a conference center as an example. Through the theory of total quality management and the reasonable use of quality control methods, the whole process of reinforced concrete construction is effectively analyzed. Through the application of causality diagram analysis method to find out the corresponding quality factors of the problem; The key points of quality control are determined by the application of arrangement diagram, and these key points are regarded as important control objects and improved objects. The application of analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and comprehensive analysis are used to analyze the two factors that affect welding problem. Through the application of control chart to control the qualified rate of stirrups manufacturing process, with the help of the above methods and combined with the actual situation, from the human, machine, material, law, ring and other angles, the effective measures of engineering quality control are obtained. It provides basis and help for engineering supervision to perfect quality management system and improve project quality.
