基于反應(yīng)位移法的核級(jí)工業(yè)水池抗震設(shè)計(jì)分析

【摘要】:介紹了反應(yīng)位移法的基本原理和計(jì)算方法,并在大型有限元商業(yè)軟件ANSYS中實(shí)現(xiàn),將其應(yīng)用于核電廠工業(yè)水池抗震設(shè)計(jì)分析,對(duì)不同工況下的工業(yè)水池的內(nèi)力分布展開研究,同時(shí)通過ANSYS的二次開發(fā)并結(jié)合五點(diǎn)公式計(jì)算得到結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力分布規(guī)律及其危險(xiǎn)工況,為工業(yè)水池合理截面設(shè)計(jì)及配筋方案提供技術(shù)支持。結(jié)果表明:工業(yè)水池側(cè)墻最大彎矩發(fā)生在中間部位的中部和底部,在同等抗震等級(jí)條件下,SL1地震作用下側(cè)墻彎矩大于SL2地震作用下的;柱子內(nèi)力規(guī)律性明顯,水池中間所受內(nèi)力最大,SL2地震作用下變形結(jié)果大于SL1地震作用下的,空水狀態(tài)為危險(xiǎn)工況,且采用適當(dāng)?shù)呐浣畲胧┠軌驖M足結(jié)構(gòu)抗震要求。該研究成果可為核電工業(yè)水池抗震設(shè)計(jì)或其他類似工程的設(shè)計(jì)提供參考。
[Abstract]:Introduces the basic principle and calculation method of displacement response method, and implemented in the large-scale finite element software ANSYS, its application in nuclear power plant industrial pond seismic design analysis, research on the distribution of internal forces under different conditions of the industrial pool, at the same time by two times the development of ANSYS and combined with five point formula and its risk condition of internal force distribution structure, provide technical support for the industrial pool reasonable section design and reinforcement scheme. The results show that the industrial pool side wall maximum moment in the middle part of the middle and bottom in the same seismic grade under earthquake action SL1 side wall bending moment is greater than SL2 under earthquake force; post obvious regularity. The middle of the pool by force maximum, SL2 earthquake deformation results more than SL1 under the action of earthquake, the state of empty water dangerous conditions, and the use of appropriate reinforcement measures to The results can provide reference for the design of the nuclear power pool and other similar projects.
