【摘要】:型鋼混凝土具有強度高、剛度大、延性好、抗震能力強、適用于大跨度和重載等一系列優(yōu)點,在轉(zhuǎn)換層結構中應用較常見。從目前轉(zhuǎn)換層結構施工實踐來看,型鋼混凝土結構在施工階段,由于構件自身荷載大,模板支撐體系的確定,是施工方案的關鍵問題,其科學合理與否,涉及到轉(zhuǎn)換結構施工是否達到結構設計要求。在眾多大型工程施工實踐中,現(xiàn)場施工技術人員對型鋼混凝土轉(zhuǎn)換結構施工的支模架體系方案進行優(yōu)化設計出吊模施工方法,這種支模體系傳力明確,構造簡單,承載安全、體系穩(wěn)定,而且又起到節(jié)省大量模板支撐材料,降低成本、加快施工進度、提高施工效率的效果。盡管吊模施工方法已經(jīng)在實際工程上有所應用,但是對于型鋼混凝土轉(zhuǎn)換結構與吊模體系相互作用機理缺乏詳細的理論研究分析,理論研究明顯滯后于工程應用,國內(nèi)缺乏規(guī)范吊模施工的工法和相關的技術規(guī)程。同時對型鋼混凝土轉(zhuǎn)換結構的施工模板支撐體系選擇的決策系統(tǒng)理論方法研究,也不完善,F(xiàn)有的吊模施工方法的適用性也受到限制。本研究針對型鋼混凝土轉(zhuǎn)換結構與吊模體系相互作用機理和型鋼混凝土轉(zhuǎn)換結構施工決策系統(tǒng)理論,主要完成了如下內(nèi)容的研究工作。(1)結合型鋼混凝土轉(zhuǎn)換結構工程施工實踐,總結研究了施工階段結構支撐體系的構造類型特點和各自的設計模型及計算理論方法,并研發(fā)出新型的組合式支撐體系。(2)在工程應用的基礎上,對型鋼混凝土轉(zhuǎn)換結構吊模支撐體系的構造進行研究,建立施工階段吊模支撐體系和型鋼混凝土轉(zhuǎn)換結構相互作用的計算模型,分析了吊模支撐體系的力學作用機理,為不同的型鋼混凝土轉(zhuǎn)換結構截面條件提供吊模支撐體系設計決策理論依據(jù)。(3)進行了型鋼混凝土梁正截面承載力計算理論的深化研究,提出了考慮吊模施工影響的型鋼混凝土梁正截面極限彎矩'uM和屈服彎矩'yM的建議計算公式。分析了含鋼率、跨高比、縱筋配筋率、型鋼位置等參數(shù)對采用吊模施工的型鋼混凝土轉(zhuǎn)換梁正常使用安全系數(shù)b的影響作用。(4)以吊模理論計算公式為基礎,結合常見的型鋼混凝土轉(zhuǎn)換結構截面和跨度數(shù)據(jù),以及吊模體系布置的合理參數(shù),進行數(shù)值模擬分析,確定影響吊模支撐體系安全可靠性的關鍵因素,并研究總結了影響規(guī)律。(5)在工程實踐的基礎上,規(guī)范吊模施工工藝標準,對吊模支撐體系的設計構件和布置參數(shù)進行優(yōu)化定型。(6)針對型鋼混凝土轉(zhuǎn)換結構特點,對比分析落地式支撐、吊模支撐、組合式支撐體系,從安全、質(zhì)量、工期、技術水平、工程造價角度評價、優(yōu)選施工方法,并結合吊模支撐體系理論計算原則,建立型鋼混凝土轉(zhuǎn)換結構施工方案決策系統(tǒng)。(7)以建立的型鋼混凝土轉(zhuǎn)換結構施工方案決策系統(tǒng)理論為依據(jù),進行實際工程應用,設計出適用的吊模體系參數(shù),為現(xiàn)場工程實施提供了安全有效可靠的方案數(shù)據(jù),也為工程施工現(xiàn)場型鋼混凝土轉(zhuǎn)換結構推廣應用吊模支撐體系提供了有針對性的具體方法和指導思路。(8)研發(fā)出型鋼混凝土轉(zhuǎn)換結構施工方案決策安全計算應用軟件,可視化界面友好,計算快捷精確,方便工程應用中的施工方案決策理論計算。
[Abstract]:Steel reinforced concrete with high strength, high stiffness, good ductility, seismic ability, suitable for large span and heavy load and a series of advantages in conversion layer structure used in common. From the current construction practice of conversion layer structure, the steel reinforced concrete structure in the construction stage, because of its high load structure, determine the template the support system, is the key problem of construction scheme, which is scientific and reasonable or not, whether to involve the conversion of construction structure design requirements. In the construction practice of large engineering, formwork support system construction site technical personnel transfer structure construction of steel reinforced concrete to optimize the design method of the hanging formwork, the formwork the system of force, simple structure, bearing safety, system stability, but also to save a lot of template support material, reduce cost, accelerate the construction progress, improve construction efficiency effect. Although the hanging mold application Construction method has been applied in practical engineering, but for SRC structure and hanging formwork system interaction mechanism analysis of the lack of detailed theoretical study, theoretical research lags behind engineering application, the lack of domestic standard hanging mold construction methods and relevant technical regulations. At the same time support decision system of theory and method system of choice the construction template conversion of steel reinforced concrete structure, is not perfect. The applicability of the existing model construction method of crane is restricted. In this study, structural transfer and hanging formwork system and mechanism of interaction between SRC system theory of decision structure construction of steel reinforced concrete, the main research work completed as follows. (1) the construction practice of the transformation of structure engineering with steel reinforced concrete, summarizes the construction phase construction support system of structural types and design models and their characteristics The calculation theory and method, and developed a new type of support system. (2) on the basis of the engineering application, to study the structure of steel reinforced concrete transfer structure hanging formwork support system, construction stage hanging formwork support system and calculation model of steel reinforced concrete transition structure interaction analysis, the mechanical mechanism of crane die support system, provide the hanging formwork support system design decision theory basis for the structural conditions of different section of steel reinforced concrete transition. (3) were calculated to deepen the research of the theory of normal section bearing capacity of steel reinforced concrete beam, puts forward the calculation formula of the steel reinforced concrete beams considering the effects of the hanging formwork is the ultimate bending moment and'uM the yield moment'yM. The analysis of steel ratio, span ratio, reinforcement ratio, steel and other parameters on the position of the hanging formwork construction of steel reinforced concrete transfer beam affects the normal use of security number B . (4) based on the hanging mold theoretical calculation formula, combined with the common data structure section and span steel reinforced concrete transfer, and the reasonable parameters of crane system layout model, numerical simulation analysis, the key factors to determine the influence of safety and reliability of the hanging formwork support system, and summed up the research effect (5) in the law. Based on engineering practice, specification of the hanging formwork construction technology standard, on the hanging formwork supporting system design and component layout parameters were optimized shape. (6) according to the structural characteristics of steel reinforced concrete transfer, contrast analysis of floor type support, hanging formwork support, combined support system, from the safety, quality, schedule, technical level. Evaluation of project cost, optimization of construction method, and combined with the hanging formwork support system theory calculation principle, establish SRC structure construction scheme of decision system. (7) to establish the SRC structure construction scheme to solve On the basis of policy system theory, the actual engineering application, designed the hanging formwork system parameters, provides effective and reliable data security scheme for on-site implementation of the project, but also for the construction site of the SRC transfer application structure of the hanging formwork support system provides a specific method for the needle and guiding ideas (8.) developed the application software for the calculation of steel reinforced concrete transfer construction project decision-making safety structure, friendly visual interface, quick and accurate calculation, calculation of the construction scheme of decision theory and convenient in engineering application.
