【摘要】:橋式起重機作為最常用的起重機械之一,已經(jīng)廣泛應(yīng)用各個生產(chǎn)單位。本文以遼寧恒泰重機有限公司生產(chǎn)的50/5t×33.5m橋式起重機為研究對象,以有限單元法、結(jié)構(gòu)力學(xué)、斷裂力學(xué)等為理論基礎(chǔ),對其進行建模仿真。首先對橋式起重機的靜態(tài)特性進行分析;其次對橋式起重機的疲勞分析;最后對該橋式起重機安全性進行評估。主要內(nèi)容如下:1)橋機的剛度、強度和穩(wěn)定性校核。討論了橋式起重機的基本參數(shù)、計算載荷和工作特點;按照《起重機設(shè)計規(guī)范》,對箱型梁的剛度、強度、穩(wěn)定性進行了計算與校核。2)橋機箱型梁結(jié)構(gòu)的有限元分析。利用Autodesk Inventor軟件對橋式起重機箱型梁進行建模;對該橋式起重機的四種典型工況進行載荷計算;運用Autodesk Inventor的分析模塊對該橋機箱型梁進行靜力學(xué)分析。3)橋機的疲勞分析。概括和分析了橋式起重機箱型梁疲勞裂紋產(chǎn)生機理、主要產(chǎn)生位置以及擴展機理;進一步研究推導(dǎo)出橋式起重機箱型梁剩余壽命的估算方法并進行了實例分析;基于箱型梁的應(yīng)力集中問題,提出一種結(jié)構(gòu)改進方法,并加以驗證;根據(jù)裂紋止裂修復(fù)理論,制定箱型梁疲勞裂紋的止裂修復(fù)方案,并驗證修復(fù)方案的可行性。4)基于模糊理論對橋機進行安全性評價及結(jié)構(gòu)剩余安全使用期限的預(yù)測。對橋機的結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)性能狀態(tài)的主要指標(biāo)進行歸納;對橋機的剩余安全使用期限預(yù)測方法:對研究機型進行實例計算與分析。
[Abstract]:Bridge crane as one of the most commonly used lifting machinery has been widely used in various production units. This paper takes the 50 / 5t 脳 33.5m bridge crane produced by Liaoning Hengtai heavy Machinery Co. Ltd as the research object. Based on the theory of finite element method, structural mechanics and fracture mechanics, the paper models and simulates it. Firstly, the static characteristics of bridge crane are analyzed. Secondly, the fatigue analysis of bridge crane; Finally, the safety of the bridge crane is evaluated. The main contents are as follows: 1) checking the stiffness, strength and stability of the bridge crane. The basic parameters, calculation load and working characteristics of the bridge crane are discussed. According to the "Crane Design Code", the box girder stiffness, strength. The finite element analysis of the box girder structure of the bridge is carried out. The box girder of the bridge crane is modeled by Autodesk Inventor software. The load of the bridge crane is calculated under four typical working conditions. The statics analysis of the box girder of the bridge is carried out by using the analysis module of Autodesk Inventor. 3). Fatigue analysis of bridge crane. The mechanism of fatigue crack in box girder of bridge crane is summarized and analyzed. The main generation position and expansion mechanism; The method of estimating the residual life of box girder of bridge crane is further studied and analyzed. Based on the stress concentration of box girder, a structural improvement method is proposed and verified. According to the theory of crack arrest and repair, the crack arrest and repair scheme of box girder fatigue crack is established. The feasibility of the repair scheme is verified. 4) based on the fuzzy theory, the safety evaluation of the bridge machine and the prediction of the remaining safety life of the structure are carried out, and the main indexes of the structural technical performance state of the bridge machine are summarized. The method of predicting the remaining safety life of the bridge machine: the example calculation and analysis are carried out.
