【摘要】:隨著建筑技術(shù)的發(fā)展和實(shí)際工程的需要,建筑結(jié)構(gòu)更多的向復(fù)雜的工作環(huán)境中延伸,如抗爆結(jié)構(gòu)、抗震地區(qū)建筑的基礎(chǔ)、高鐵的路基軌枕等,這樣的環(huán)境對(duì)建筑材料提出了動(dòng)力性能上的要求。但是國(guó)內(nèi)目前在沖擊試驗(yàn)上并無(wú)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范,同時(shí),關(guān)于玄武巖纖維混凝土的沖擊次數(shù)滿足何種規(guī)律也并無(wú)相關(guān)研究。試驗(yàn)采用兩種長(zhǎng)度(6mm、18mm)、直徑15μm的玄武巖纖維,制成不同摻量(體積分?jǐn)?shù)0,0.4%,0.6%,0.8%)的玄武巖纖維混凝土,采用U型試件及自制的落錘沖擊裝置測(cè)量混凝土的沖擊次數(shù),研究玄武巖纖維摻量及長(zhǎng)度的變化對(duì)混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度、抗折強(qiáng)度及抗沖擊性能的影響,并探究玄武巖纖維混凝土的沖擊次數(shù)滿足何種數(shù)學(xué)模型。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,摻加玄武巖纖維對(duì)混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度、抗折強(qiáng)度、抗沖擊性能都有不同程度的提高,以抗沖擊性能的提高尤為明顯,并且,隨著纖維摻量的增加,強(qiáng)度也逐漸增加;另外,長(zhǎng)度為6mm的纖維相對(duì)于長(zhǎng)度18mm的纖維對(duì)混凝土強(qiáng)度的增加效果更加明顯,同時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn),玄武巖纖維混凝土的沖擊次數(shù)很好的符合雙參數(shù)的威布爾分布,即雙參數(shù)的威布爾分布可以描述玄武巖纖維混凝土的沖擊次數(shù)。本次試驗(yàn)可以為國(guó)內(nèi)沖擊試驗(yàn)的規(guī)范提供試驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ),同時(shí),由于玄武巖纖維的經(jīng)濟(jì)性,玄武巖纖維混凝土可以廣泛應(yīng)用于實(shí)際工程來(lái)提升結(jié)構(gòu)的抗沖擊性能,另外,將混凝土的沖擊次數(shù)與數(shù)學(xué)模型結(jié)合起來(lái),可以為以后的混凝土研究提供數(shù)學(xué)基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With the development of building technology and the need of practical engineering, the structure of the building extends to the complex working environment, such as the anti-explosion structure, the foundation of the earthquake resistant area, the high-speed railway subgrade sleeper and so on. This environment has put forward the dynamic performance requirements for building materials. However, there is no standard standard in impact test in China, and at the same time. There is no related study on the regularity of the impact times of basalt fiber concrete. Two kinds of basalt fibers of 6 mm ~ 18 mm in length and 15 渭 m in diameter are used in the experiment. Basalt fiber concrete with different content (volume fraction 0 ~ 0. 4 and 0. 6 ~ 0. 8) is made. The impact times of concrete are measured by using U-shaped specimen and a drop hammer impact device made by ourselves. The influence of the content and length of basalt fiber on the compressive strength, flexural strength and impact resistance of concrete is studied, and the mathematical model of the impact times of basalt fiber reinforced concrete is discussed. With the addition of basalt fiber, the compressive strength, flexural strength and impact resistance of concrete are improved to some extent, especially the impact resistance, and with the increase of fiber content. The strength also increases gradually; In addition, the increase of concrete strength of the fiber with length of 6 mm is more obvious than that of the fiber of 18 mm in length. At the same time, it is found. The impact times of basalt fiber concrete are in good agreement with the Weibull distribution with two parameters. That is, the Weibull distribution with two parameters can describe the impact times of basalt fiber concrete. This test can provide the test basis for the domestic impact test specification, at the same time, because of the economic efficiency of basalt fiber. Basalt fiber reinforced concrete can be widely used in practical engineering to improve the impact performance of the structure. In addition, the impact times of concrete are combined with the mathematical model. It can provide mathematical basis for future concrete research.
