【摘要】:進(jìn)度、質(zhì)量、成本是項(xiàng)目管理的三大目標(biāo),尤其是在工程項(xiàng)目中,進(jìn)度管理是項(xiàng)目成功的關(guān)鍵因素。如何提高項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理的水平,是許多企業(yè)當(dāng)前面臨的亟需解決的問題。采用專業(yè)的項(xiàng)目管理工具和方法是提高進(jìn)度管理水平的基礎(chǔ),但在大量的建筑企業(yè)中,其應(yīng)用狀況并不令人樂觀。JC工程項(xiàng)目為徐州礦務(wù)一個(gè)60萬噸甲醇項(xiàng)目,在具體的項(xiàng)目管理過程中,進(jìn)度管理的意識(shí)較為淡薄,管理的方法相對(duì)落后,制度也不夠健全,缺乏專職進(jìn)度控制人員。進(jìn)度管理的基礎(chǔ)存在一定的問題這就導(dǎo)致項(xiàng)目成功的幾率有所降低。所以,研究JC工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理是有實(shí)際意義的。本文采用的方法包括關(guān)鍵路徑法,網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃技術(shù)法等,對(duì)進(jìn)度計(jì)劃進(jìn)行了編訂優(yōu)化配置了工期和資源,并且對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的優(yōu)化方案進(jìn)行編訂,為項(xiàng)目成功打下基礎(chǔ)。本文在進(jìn)度控制的相關(guān)理論的指導(dǎo)下,使用有效的方法,對(duì)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施過程進(jìn)行控制。采用掙值法對(duì)項(xiàng)目的成本和進(jìn)度進(jìn)行聯(lián)合檢查,評(píng)價(jià)項(xiàng)目實(shí)施情況的時(shí)候從費(fèi)用和進(jìn)度兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行,這樣就達(dá)到了動(dòng)態(tài)管理JC工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度的目的。本文在工程實(shí)踐中使用項(xiàng)目管理理論和相關(guān)方法,使用的工具是項(xiàng)目管理軟件,這樣能夠幫助管理者迅速獲得工程所需要的數(shù)據(jù),幫助其制定決策,減少計(jì)劃過程中的工作量,使工作效率得以提高,工期縮短,資源得到優(yōu)化配置。
[Abstract]:Progress, quality and cost are the three major objectives of project management, especially in engineering projects, progress management is the key factor of project success. How to improve the level of project schedule management. It is an urgent problem that many enterprises are facing at present. Adopting professional project management tools and methods is the foundation to improve the level of progress management, but in a large number of construction enterprises. Its application condition is not optimistic. JC project is a 600,000 ton methanol project of Xuzhou mine. In the concrete project management process, the consciousness of schedule management is relatively weak, and the management method is relatively backward. The system is not perfect enough, the lack of full-time progress control personnel. Schedule management of the basis of certain problems, which leads to the project success probability has been reduced. It is of practical significance to study JC project schedule management. The methods used in this paper include critical path method, network planning technology method and so on. And the optimization of the project schedule is compiled to lay the foundation for the success of the project. Under the guidance of the relevant theory of progress control, this paper uses an effective method. Control the implementation process of the project. Use earned value method to jointly check the cost and progress of the project, and evaluate the implementation of the project from two aspects of cost and progress. In this way, the purpose of dynamic management of JC project progress is achieved. In this paper, project management theory and related methods are used in engineering practice, and the tool is project management software. In this way, the manager can get the data needed for the project quickly, help him to make decision, reduce the workload in the planning process, improve the work efficiency, shorten the time limit, and optimize the allocation of resources.
