【摘要】：鄭東新區(qū)中央商務(wù)區(qū)(以下簡(jiǎn)稱鄭東新區(qū)CBD)作為鄭州市謀求城市產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)的起步區(qū)和核心區(qū),其規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)及建設(shè)投資均依據(jù)高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、高要求的理念進(jìn)行,現(xiàn)今發(fā)展已初具規(guī)模。但隨著鄭東新區(qū)的進(jìn)一步開發(fā)和經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)發(fā)展,機(jī)動(dòng)車出行量也迅猛增長(zhǎng),內(nèi)部停車問題隨之凸顯。針對(duì)鄭東新區(qū)CBD內(nèi)部路面停車混亂和公共停車場(chǎng)資源閑置嚴(yán)重的情況,本文通過對(duì)鄭東新區(qū)CBD內(nèi)部停車設(shè)施的配置和使用情況的調(diào)查統(tǒng)計(jì),研究產(chǎn)生這種表層現(xiàn)象的深層原因,最后提出解決思路與對(duì)策。研究認(rèn)為,鄭東新區(qū)CBD停車問題不僅受內(nèi)部交通結(jié)構(gòu)、土地利用、機(jī)動(dòng)車擁有量等因素影響,也和人們的出行習(xí)慣、停車設(shè)施的配置結(jié)構(gòu)、公共交通的便捷程度等因素有關(guān)。本文共分為五個(gè)部分:第一章為緒論。指出了調(diào)查研究的背景和研究意義,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論研究和先進(jìn)地區(qū)的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了總結(jié),確立了研究的框架;第二章為鄭東新區(qū)CBD停車設(shè)施建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀研究。分析了鄭東新區(qū)CBD的建設(shè)背景、功能結(jié)構(gòu)、土地利用和交通特征,對(duì)區(qū)域內(nèi)部各類停車設(shè)施的布局現(xiàn)狀、管理現(xiàn)狀和停車誘導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)情況進(jìn)行了介紹;第三章為鄭東新區(qū)CBD各類停車設(shè)施的現(xiàn)狀使用情況的調(diào)查研究。針對(duì)路內(nèi)停車、路外公共社會(huì)停車和單體建筑配建停車三類停車設(shè)施分別選取有代表性的實(shí)例進(jìn)行調(diào)研分析,找出其使用中存在的問題;第四章為鄭東新區(qū)CBD的停車需求分析與對(duì)策研究。通過對(duì)鄭東新區(qū)CBD內(nèi)建筑物的配建情況和需求量的分析,指出鄭東新區(qū)CBD停車設(shè)施使用中存在問題的根源并提出解決思路與對(duì)策;第五章為研究結(jié)論與展望。總結(jié)了本文的主要研究成果,并對(duì)下一步的研究方向進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Zheng Dong, the new central business district (hereinafter referred to as the Zheng Dong New District CBD) as Zhengzhou city for the starting area and the core area of the city of industrial upgrading, the planning design and construction investment are based on high standard, high requirements of the concept, the current development has begun to take shape. But with the continuous development of the economy and the further development of Zheng Dong New District, motor vehicle travel have a rapid growth, the internal parking problems highlighted. For Zheng Dong New District CBD internal road parking chaos and public parking lot idle resources seriously, survey through the configuration and usage of Zheng Dong New District CBD internal parking facilities, the deep study on the cause of the surface phenomenon, finally puts forward the solution and countermeasures research. Zheng Dong believes that the new CBD parking problem not only affected by the internal traffic structure, land use, motor vehicles have influence and other factors, and also people's travel habits Custom configuration of parking facilities, the relevant factors of public transportation convenience. This paper is divided into five parts: the first chapter is the introduction. It is pointed out that the research background and significance of the research, the development experience of domestic and foreign research and advanced areas were summarized, establishes the research framework; the second chapter Zheng Dong New District CBD parking facilities construction situation analysis. The construction background, Zheng Dong New District CBD function structure, land use and traffic characteristics, regional layout situation of all kinds of internal parking facilities, construction management and parking guidance system are introduced; the third chapter is the investigation on the current situation of Zheng Dong NEW District CBD all kinds of parking facilities the use for parking, parking and public road outside the single building parking three parking facilities were selected as representative examples of research and analysis, find out The use of the existing problems; the fourth chapter is the demand analysis and countermeasure research of Zheng Dong New District of CBD. Based on the analysis of construction conditions and demand of Zheng Dong New District CBD building with the root of Zheng Dong New District CBD parking facilities pointed out the existing problems in use and puts forward ideas and countermeasures; the fifth chapter is conclusion and prospect summarizes the main research results of this paper and the next research direction was prospected.
