【摘要】：我國地鐵建設(shè)進(jìn)入快速發(fā)展階段,盾構(gòu)施工是我國地鐵施工采取的主要方式,盾構(gòu)施工將對土層穩(wěn)定性產(chǎn)生影響進(jìn)而對臨近建筑物安全造成重要影響,因此,盾構(gòu)施工臨近建筑物的安全狀況越來越引起人們的關(guān)注,其安全控制問題也已經(jīng)成為地鐵建設(shè)中非常重要的研究課題。建筑物變形控制是盾構(gòu)施工建筑物臨近安全控制的核心內(nèi)容。在借鑒國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,本文充分挖掘分析盾構(gòu)施工誘發(fā)建筑物變形重要影響因素,結(jié)合先進(jìn)的數(shù)據(jù)處理技術(shù)和人工智能預(yù)測方法,對盾構(gòu)施工誘發(fā)建筑物變形時間變形規(guī)律和空間影響因素關(guān)聯(lián)性進(jìn)行研究分析,將建筑物變形監(jiān)測信息和巡視信息融合得到建筑物變形綜合安全警情狀態(tài),實現(xiàn)盾構(gòu)施工臨近建筑物變形實時動態(tài)安全預(yù)警控制與管理決策。本文主要研究內(nèi)容如下:(1)盾構(gòu)施工臨近建筑物變形時間序列預(yù)測分析。利用小波分解對建筑物變形時間序列監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分解降噪,消除監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)本身受外界干擾產(chǎn)生的隨機波動影響,能夠有效提高監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性和有效性;構(gòu)建基于粒子群優(yōu)化算法參數(shù)優(yōu)化的最小二乘支持向量機預(yù)測模型對建筑物變形進(jìn)行時間序列預(yù)測得到下一監(jiān)測時間的變形值,并依據(jù)下一監(jiān)測時間變形值實現(xiàn)建筑物變形安全的事前控制。(2)盾構(gòu)施工臨近建筑物變形空間影響因素分析。構(gòu)建基于粒子群優(yōu)化算法參數(shù)優(yōu)化的最小二乘支持向量機建筑物變形關(guān)聯(lián)模型,利用模型分析建筑物變形影響因素與變形特征之間的關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系;然后在蒙特卡洛模擬仿真的基礎(chǔ)上利用卡方關(guān)聯(lián)分析方法和灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析方法分析影響因素與建筑物變形特征之間的關(guān)聯(lián)度,并利用Efast全局敏感性算法分析影響因素的敏感性,在施工管理過程中加強對重要因素和敏感性因素的關(guān)注,提高建筑物安全管理事中控制的效率。(3)盾構(gòu)施工臨近建筑物變形安全控制預(yù)警決策。提出D-S證據(jù)理論建筑物安全狀態(tài)融合決策模型,利用模型在實現(xiàn)分別巡視信息和監(jiān)測信息融合的基礎(chǔ)上融合兩者安全警情狀態(tài)得到建筑物綜合安全狀態(tài),為下一步建筑物安全管理控制提供決策依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The subway construction in our country has entered a stage of rapid development, the shield construction is the main way to take the subway construction in our country, the shield construction will have an impact on the stability of soil and cause important influence on the safety of adjacent structures so the shield construction of adjacent building safety has attracted more and more attention of the security control problem has also become a research topic is very important in the subway construction. The building deformation control is the core content of safety control of shield construction of buildings nearby. On the basis of relevant research at home and abroad, this paper fully explores the important factors of deformation analysis on influence of shield construction in buildings, combined with the prediction method of advanced data processing technology and artificial intelligence, the deformation of the deformation law and influence factors of spatial association of the research and analysis of the shield tunneling induced building, the building deformation monitoring and inspection information As the information fusion deformation of building comprehensive safety warning condition, realize the real-time dynamic deformation of shield tunnel construction of adjacent building safety control and management decision-making. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the shield construction adjacent building deformation prediction of time series. By using wavelet decomposition and noise time series of monitoring data of the deformation of buildings, eliminate random fluctuation effect of monitoring data of the interference generated by itself, can effectively improve the accuracy of monitoring data and effectiveness; the construction of particle swarm optimization algorithm to optimize the parameters of least squares support vector machine prediction model of deformation time series prediction of deformation monitoring time value of a building based on a time basis and monitoring deformation value of the prior control the deformation of building safety. (2) analysis of shield construction near the building deformation space factors. Structure Based on particle swarm optimization algorithm to optimize the parameters of least squares support vector machine building deformation correlation model, using the relationship model between influence factors analysis of building deformation and deformation characteristics; then based on the Monte Carlo simulation in using analysis method and grey correlation analysis method and analysis of influencing factors of building deformation characteristics between the associated card related degree. And using the Efast global sensitivity analysis of the factors affecting the sensitivity of the algorithm, strengthen the important factors and sensitive factors concerned in the construction management process, improve the efficiency of control building safety management in the event. (3) the shield construction near the building deformation safety control early warning decision. Put forward the D-S evidence theory building safety state fusion decision model based model in the implementation of inspection and monitoring information respectively on the information fusion of the two fusion safety alarm The state of the building is integrated with the state of building safety, which provides the decision basis for the next step of building safety management and control.
