【摘要】：作為自來水的第三代水處理工藝,以超濾膜為核心的水處理工藝近年來得到迅速的推廣應(yīng)用。結(jié)合運(yùn)行八年的佛山市新城區(qū)浸沒式超濾膜水廠生產(chǎn)運(yùn)營經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及第二次改擴(kuò)建超濾膜水處理工程建設(shè)情況,總結(jié)了水廠重點(diǎn)生產(chǎn)工藝(如顆�；钚蕴窟^濾系統(tǒng)、超濾膜過濾系統(tǒng)、電氣及自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)等)的設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)及運(yùn)行調(diào)試方面的優(yōu)化實(shí)踐,可供相關(guān)水廠參考。
[Abstract]:As the third generation of tap water treatment process. The water treatment process with ultrafiltration membrane as the core has been rapidly popularized and applied in recent years. Combined with the production and operation experience of the immersed ultrafiltration membrane water plant in Xincheng District of Foshan City for eight years and the second reconstruction and expansion of the UF membrane water treatment project. Situation. This paper summarizes the design experience of key production processes (such as granular activated carbon filtration system, ultrafiltration membrane filtration system, electrical and automatic system, etc.) and the optimization practice in operation and commissioning, which can be used as reference for relevant water plants.
