【摘要】：浙江休閑觀光茶園的發(fā)展起步較早,并且數(shù)量較多,分布于各產(chǎn)茶區(qū)。就研究而言,大多集中于茶文化方面,有關(guān)景觀規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)方面的研究很少見諸文獻(xiàn)。綜合以上情況,我們認(rèn)為開展本課題的研究十分必要。首先,通過理論知識(shí)的整理,了解國內(nèi)外休閑觀光茶園的發(fā)展概況和實(shí)例,分析休閑觀光茶園的功能和類型�？偨Y(jié)浙江茶產(chǎn)業(yè)和休閑觀光茶園的發(fā)展概況,并從自然、人文、社會(huì)資源三個(gè)方面分析了浙江休閑觀光茶園的發(fā)展優(yōu)勢,探索具有浙江特色的休閑觀光茶園規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)新思路。其次,結(jié)合浙江多處休閑觀光茶園,通過比較選擇出具有代表性的七處作為研究對(duì)象,通過一系列實(shí)地調(diào)研與滿意度調(diào)查,總結(jié)浙江休閑觀光茶園的特點(diǎn),分析其存在的不足。并根據(jù)現(xiàn)狀與問卷調(diào)查結(jié)果分析,從主題、文化、景觀特色、旅游活動(dòng)項(xiàng)目、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展等方面進(jìn)行整體把控。提出浙江休閑觀光茶園目前存在的問題:缺乏創(chuàng)意主題、地域文化特色不明顯、景觀較單調(diào)、旅游活動(dòng)項(xiàng)目缺乏特色、配套服務(wù)設(shè)施不完善、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展不協(xié)調(diào)。同時(shí)根據(jù)浙江休閑觀光茶園存在的問題,結(jié)合風(fēng)景園林學(xué)、景觀生態(tài)學(xué)、可持續(xù)發(fā)展等相關(guān)學(xué)科和理論,提出相應(yīng)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)原則,包括因地制宜、統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃原則;生態(tài)優(yōu)先、可持續(xù)發(fā)展原則;特色性原則;體驗(yàn)性與參與性原則;多產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展原則。并從把握?qǐng)龅靥卣�、明確項(xiàng)目定位、總體規(guī)劃、合理劃分功能區(qū)、提升景觀效果和文化內(nèi)涵、完善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、豐富旅游活動(dòng)項(xiàng)目、多產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展等方面提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策與建議。最后,以寧海桑洲茶葉主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)示范區(qū)為例,從規(guī)劃目標(biāo)、設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)思、功能分區(qū)、專項(xiàng)設(shè)計(jì)等方面對(duì)其進(jìn)行分析闡述,探索規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)原則與對(duì)策建議在實(shí)踐中的應(yīng)用。以期為浙江休閑觀光茶園的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)提供一些具有科學(xué)性、建設(shè)性的指導(dǎo),對(duì)推動(dòng)浙江省的休閑觀光茶園發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)一定的力量。
[Abstract]:The development of Zhejiang leisure sightseeing tea garden earlier, and the number is more, located in the tea producing area. The research, mostly concentrated in the tea culture, the research on landscape planning and design is rare in the literature. Based on the above, we believe that the development of the subject research is very necessary. First of all, through the collation of theoretical knowledge the development situation and examples about domestic and international leisure sightseeing tea garden, functions and types of the leisure sightseeing tea garden. The development of tea industry in Zhejiang and summarizes the sightseeing tea garden, and from the three aspects of nature, humanities, social resources analysis and development of Zhejiang leisure sightseeing tea garden, explore the new design idea of leisure sightseeing tea garden planning with the characteristics of Zhejiang. Secondly, combined with the Zhejiang leisure and sightseeing tea garden, by comparison with seven representative as the research object, through a series of field research With satisfaction survey, summarizes the characteristics of Zhejiang leisure sightseeing tea garden, analysis of its shortcomings. And analysis, from the theme, cultural landscape features, according to the current situation and the results of the survey of tourism activities, the industrial development of the whole of the control. At present Zhejiang leisure sightseeing tea garden problem: the lack of creative theme, regional culture the characteristic is not obvious, the landscape is monotonous, tourism activities lack of features, service facilities is not perfect, the industrial development is not coordinated. At the same time, according to the Zhejiang leisure sightseeing tea garden, combined with landscape garden forestry, landscape ecology, sustainable development and other related disciplines and theories, put forward the corresponding planning and design principles, including local conditions, overall planning principles ecological priority, sustainable development; principle; characteristic principle; experience and participation principle; the principle of multi industry integration and development. From the grasp of the site characteristic, Ming Ensure project positioning, overall planning, rational division of functional areas, enhance the landscape and cultural connotation, perfect infrastructure, rich tourism activities, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on development of multi industry integration. Finally, taking Ninghai tea mulberry Island leading industry demonstration zone as an example, from the planning objectives, design conception, function partition and analyzes the special design, to explore the application of planning and design principles and Countermeasures in practice. In order to provide some scientific planning and design for Zhejiang leisure sightseeing tea garden, constructive guidance for Zhejiang province to promote the development of leisure sightseeing tea contribute to.
