【摘要】：粉碎后的廚余垃圾能否快速、有效地排至室外是衡量廚余垃圾排放系統(tǒng)性能好壞的重要指標(biāo)。為了防止排水橫支管產(chǎn)生淤堵,需要合理地選擇存水彎及橫支管的敷設(shè)方式。通過采用水龍頭連續(xù)給水模擬實際的廚余垃圾排放情況,研究了存水彎形式、橫支管坡度及其拐彎情況對廚余垃圾管道輸送性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,P型存水彎較S型存水彎更容易導(dǎo)致橫支管固體淤積;此外,橫支管輸送能力受管道坡度和管道拐彎情況的影響都比較明顯,但是管道坡度更為顯著。為了保障廚余垃圾排放系統(tǒng)的長期安全使用,針對不同存水彎形式和拐彎情況下的橫支管最小敷設(shè)坡度提出了相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:It is an important index to measure the performance of kitchen waste discharge system to measure the performance of kitchen waste discharge system. In order to prevent the blockage of horizontal branch pipe of drainage, it can be quickly and effectively discharged out of the kitchen waste after crushing. It is necessary to reasonably select the laying mode of the water storage bend and the horizontal branch pipe. Through the use of continuous water supply from the faucet to simulate the actual situation of kitchen waste discharge, the form of the water storage bend is studied. The influence of the slope of the transverse branch pipe and its bend on the conveying performance of the kitchen waste pipe. The results show that the water storage bend of P type is more likely to cause solid siltation of the horizontal branch pipe than that of the S type. In addition, the transversal branch pipe transport capacity is obviously affected by the slope of pipeline and the bend of pipeline, but the slope of pipeline is more obvious. In order to ensure the long-term safe use of kitchen waste discharge system. Some suggestions are put forward for the minimum slope of the transverse branch pipe under different water storage and bending conditions.
