【摘要】：當(dāng)前,在我國(guó)社會(huì)老齡化背景下,人口老齡化問(wèn)題在社會(huì)各個(gè)領(lǐng)域日益凸顯；隨著現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的發(fā)展和高齡老人的增加,失智老人的問(wèn)題也越來(lái)越引起社會(huì)關(guān)注。在建筑設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域,針對(duì)于適合失智老人的建筑空間研究,我國(guó)還處于剛剛起步階段,目前還不是十分成熟,在建筑設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域,已有的研究數(shù)量較少。我國(guó)現(xiàn)有養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)多數(shù)不傾向于接收失智老人,而接受失智老人,并有能力提供專(zhuān)業(yè)的環(huán)境和護(hù)理的養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)少之又少。而未來(lái)我國(guó)老年人,尤其是失智老人對(duì)機(jī)構(gòu)養(yǎng)老的需求是巨大的。本文從日趨嚴(yán)重的中國(guó)老齡化現(xiàn)象出發(fā),抓住失智老人人口逐年急劇上升,而國(guó)內(nèi)相的關(guān)養(yǎng)老設(shè)施建筑設(shè)計(jì)還不夠完善這一問(wèn)題點(diǎn)。在研究了國(guó)內(nèi)現(xiàn)狀發(fā)展和國(guó)外先進(jìn)成果之后,在北京和大連選取了6個(gè)有代表性的收住智老人的養(yǎng)老設(shè)施案例,對(duì)其進(jìn)行詳細(xì)深入的調(diào)研,切實(shí)深入了解了我國(guó)失智老人入住的養(yǎng)老設(shè)施的目前實(shí)際發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,失智老人的行為特征,以及設(shè)施中存在的問(wèn)題。然后從環(huán)境行為學(xué)的角度,結(jié)合失智老人的行為特征表現(xiàn),進(jìn)行分析總結(jié),分類(lèi)對(duì)比。結(jié)合國(guó)外先進(jìn)研究成果,分析對(duì)比總結(jié),繼而有針對(duì)性的提出了適合我國(guó)的,以提高失智老人生活環(huán)境為目的的相關(guān)建筑環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)。目前還沒(méi)有有效的治療是失智癥的方法,但良好的環(huán)境及細(xì)心的護(hù)理有助于延緩患者的失智程度。經(jīng)過(guò)周全設(shè)計(jì)的、有針對(duì)性的建筑環(huán)境,可以在一定程度上緩解失智癥病情的發(fā)展,讓失智老人生活得更加舒適平靜,更有尊嚴(yán)。
[Abstract]:At present, under the background of aging society in our country, the problem of population aging is becoming more and more prominent in all fields of society. With the development of modern society and the increase of the elderly, the problem of the retarded elderly has attracted more and more attention of the society. In the field of architectural design, the research on the architectural space suitable for the mentally retarded elderly is carried out. Our country is still in the initial stage, but not very mature at present, in the field of architectural design, the number of existing research is relatively small. Most of the existing pension institutions do not tend to accept the mentally retarded elderly, but accept the retarded elderly. And the ability to provide professional environment and care of the pension institutions are very few. And the future of the elderly in our country. In particular, the demand for institutional old-age care is enormous for the mentally retarded elderly. This paper starts from the increasingly serious aging phenomenon in China, and holds that the population of the mentally retarded elderly is rising rapidly year by year. But the domestic phase of the pension facilities building design is not perfect point. After studying the current situation of the development of domestic and foreign advanced results. In Beijing and Dalian selected 6 representative cases of old-age care facilities for the elderly to receive intelligence, to carry out a detailed and in-depth investigation. In this paper, we have a deep and practical understanding of the actual development of the old-age facilities for the mentally retarded elderly, the behavior characteristics of the retarded elderly and the problems existing in the facilities. Then, from the point of view of environmental behavior. Combined with the behavior characteristics of the mentally retarded elderly, analysis and summary, classification and comparison. Combined with foreign advanced research results, comparative analysis and summary, and then targeted to put forward suitable for our country. In order to improve the living environment of the mentally retarded elderly, the main points of architectural environment design are related. At present, there is no effective treatment is the method of dementia. But good environment and careful nursing help to delay the degree of dementia. After a well-designed, targeted building environment, can alleviate the development of dementia to a certain extent. Let the mentally retarded old man live more comfortably, calmly and with more dignity.
