【摘要】:為提高鎳渣的反應(yīng)活性,根據(jù)機(jī)械力化學(xué)原理,采用高能球磨技術(shù)處理鎳渣并采取蒸壓工藝制備鎳渣制品.通過粒徑分析、X射線分析以及掃描電鏡分析等手段研究不同高能球磨時(shí)間下鎳渣的粒徑、結(jié)構(gòu)和形貌變化以及鎳渣的反應(yīng)活性變化.結(jié)果表明:高能球磨可以進(jìn)一步細(xì)化鎳渣,使大顆粒塊狀粉體破裂、表面粗糙化并提高鎳渣的反應(yīng)活性,長時(shí)間球磨可使水化樣品誘導(dǎo)期和加速期兩個(gè)階段的水化放熱量顯著增大;高能球磨4 h時(shí)鎳渣蒸壓試塊的強(qiáng)度最大,可達(dá)24.4 MPa,是未高能球磨時(shí)的4.5倍,球磨4 h后蒸壓試塊水化產(chǎn)物的X射線譜圖中出現(xiàn)了硬硅鈣石、托勃莫來石和鎂水化物等衍射峰.
[Abstract]:In order to improve the reaction activity of nickel slag, according to the principle of chemical mechanical force, high energy ball milling processing of nickel slag and adopt autoclaved process to prepare nickel slag products. By using particle size analysis, X ray analysis and scanning electron microscopy study of different ball milling time under nickel slag particle size, morphology and structure change and change the reaction activity of nickel slag. The results show that high energy ball milling can be further refined nickel slag, the big bulk powder burst, surface roughness and improve the reaction activity of nickel slag, long time ball milling can make the water sample of the induction period and acceleration period of two stages of hydration heat release increased significantly; high energy ball milling 4 h when the nickel slag autoclaved test block strength is maximum, up to 24.4 MPa, is not a high-energy ball milling of 4.5 times, after 4 h of autoclaved X ray block hydration products spectrum appeared xonotlite diagram, tobermorite and magnesium hydrate and other diffraction peaks.
