【摘要】：工業(yè)遺產是工業(yè)發(fā)展進程中人類社會文明的產物,它記錄了城市的發(fā)展軌跡,體現了不同時期的建筑形式和藝術特征,如何保護和利用這些建筑遺存成為當前城市更新改造的重要問題。國外關于工業(yè)遺產研究始于20世紀英國,經過初步探索和實踐階段,對于工業(yè)遺產的保護利用已有豐富經驗。目前我國對工業(yè)遺產的研究多集中于理論階段,在實踐方面也出現一批成功案例。本論文以九臺為例,在對工業(yè)遺產相關理論進行系統(tǒng)總結的基礎上,首先介紹了九臺工業(yè)建筑發(fā)展歷程,闡明其保存現狀和特征。通過工業(yè)遺產價值評估體系,對九臺工業(yè)建筑遺產進行價值分析,提出九臺工業(yè)遺產保護利用存在問題。同時通過國內外案例分析,結合九臺實際情況,總結出適合九臺工業(yè)遺產保護的原則和再利用模式,最后以沿河街歷史街區(qū)保護利用為例進行實踐分析研究。具體概況如下:第一章闡述工業(yè)遺產研究背景,介紹工業(yè)遺產相關概念及國內外動態(tài),明確論文的研究內容、目的、方法和意義。第二章詳細介紹九臺工業(yè)歷史發(fā)展脈絡與工業(yè)遺產現狀。重點調研九臺市工業(yè)遺產的數量、分布、現狀、類型和特征等內容,通過表格、圖片等方式進行對比分析和總結,提出九臺工業(yè)遺產保護存在的問題。第三章通過價值評價體系對九臺工業(yè)遺產建筑進行價值分析,并分等級保護,建立九臺工業(yè)遺產保護原則,通過國內外成功的保護實例,提出正確的理論體系與指導思想。第四章明確九臺工業(yè)遺產的功能定位,工業(yè)遺產保護的開發(fā)模式,提出適合九臺工業(yè)遺產保護利用的策略。第五章以沿河街歷史街區(qū)保護利用為例,進行實踐分析研究。
[Abstract]:Industrial heritage is a product of human civilization in the industrial development process, it records the development of the city, reflects the architectural form and artistic characteristics in different period, how to protect and utilize these buildings has become an important issue in the renewal of the city. The foreign research on industrial heritage began in England in twentieth Century, after a preliminary stage of exploration and practice. For the protection of industrial heritage with rich experience. The current research on Industrial Heritage in China is more concentrated in the theoretical stage, the emergence of a number of successful cases in practice also. In this paper, nine Taiwan as an example, based on the summary of the related theory of industrial heritage system, first introduces the development of nine industrial buildings save, clarify its status and characteristics. Through the industrial heritage value evaluation system, nine sets of industrial heritage value analysis, put forward nine sets of industrial heritage protection The nursing problems at home and abroad. At the same time, through the case analysis, combined with the nine actual situation, summed up the nine principles of industrial heritage protection and re-use patterns and to protect the historical street along the river as the example practice analysis.
