【摘要】：都市農業(yè)并不是一個全新的概念,一百多年前埃比尼澤·霍華德提出的田園城市理論就蘊含了都市農業(yè)思想的萌芽,如今在世界各地特別是發(fā)達國家和地區(qū),都市農業(yè)景觀其推動城市健康發(fā)展的潛力受到各國政府的重視。面對資源缺失、氣候變化、糧食短缺等一系列問題的背景下,我國必然更加重視都市農業(yè)景觀的發(fā)展,合理規(guī)劃、高效利用城市中每一寸土地。但城市里將綠化用地用于農業(yè)種植,綠地必然受限,但其意義卻很重大。正如《雜食者的困境》作者邁克爾·波利安指出的,“菜園雖小,意義深遠。在經濟危機時期,一座菜園能提供大量新鮮健康蔬菜,但同樣重要的是,它倡導一種重要思維模式,讓人們和食物親密接觸,不增加開支就實現(xiàn)健康飲食,同時意識到我們可以減少對產業(yè)化食物鏈的依賴�！币虼�,都市農業(yè)景觀不僅增加了城市綠化的多樣性和覆蓋率,改變了當代城市綠地設計盲目追求空洞的形式美和技術的更新,還解決了食物供給問題,傳承了農耕文化,提升了城市特色和居民生活品質。發(fā)展都市農業(yè)景觀不僅具有美化環(huán)境、科普教育、娛樂休閑等多種功能,還與社會公平公正、經濟發(fā)展和生態(tài)環(huán)境保護關系密切,對于促進城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展?jié)摿薮蟆Ｎ恼聫亩际修r業(yè)景觀與當代城市綠地設計的關系進行思考。首先,分析了都市農業(yè)景觀關于審美、文化、生態(tài)、經濟等方面的價值意義,從生態(tài)綠地的視角出發(fā),研究總結出都市農業(yè)景觀可以彌補我國城市綠地設計在經濟功能、綠化形式和城市特色上的不足。因此將都市農業(yè)景觀融入到城市綠地設計中進行研究,不僅可以豐富當代城市綠地設計形式的多樣性,而且可以通過建立一種新的城市綠化理念將都市農業(yè)景觀融入到城市綠地系統(tǒng)中來,促進都市農業(yè)景觀的發(fā)展。其次,詳細分析了都市農業(yè)景觀的設計原則與設計要點,將當代城市綠地中的都市農業(yè)景觀進行分類,并結合國內外優(yōu)秀實踐案例進行分類設計研究。再次,文章概述了基于系統(tǒng)思維的設計過程提出較為完善的應用策略與指南。最后,將都市農業(yè)景觀的理念進行營銷與教育式推廣,同時指出設計師應是變革的動力。筆者希望通過本文的研究,可以為那些對都市農業(yè)景觀感興趣的人提供一個藍圖。
[Abstract]:Urban agriculture is not a new concept, Ebenezer Howard put forward more than 100 years ago, the garden city theory contains a budding urban agriculture thought, now all over the world especially the developed countries and regions, and promote the healthy development of the urban agricultural landscape city potential to the attention of governments. In the face of lack of resources, climate change, a series of food shortages in the background, China must pay more attention to the development of urban agricultural landscape planning, efficient use of every inch of land in the city. But in the city green land for agriculture, green space will inevitably limited, but its significance is very important. As "the omnivore's dilemma" author Michael Bo Lee pointed out the garden is small, the significance is profound. In times of economic crisis, a garden can provide a lot of fresh vegetables, but it is also important, it initiates a heavy To the mode of thinking, let people and food intimate contact, not to increase spending to achieve a healthy diet, and realize that we can reduce the reliance on the industrialization of the food chain. Therefore, urban agriculture not only increased the diversity of city greening and coverage, changed the city green space design of the blind pursuit of formal beauty and empty the update of technology, but also solves the problem of food supply, the heritage of the farming culture, enhance the city characteristics and residents quality of life. The development of urban agricultural landscape is not only beautify the environment, science education, multi functions of leisure and entertainment, but also with the social fairness and justice, economic development and ecological environment protection are closely related, to promote the sustainable development of the city the potential is huge. The reflection from the urban agricultural landscape and the relationship between contemporary city green design. Firstly, analysis of urban agricultural landscape on the aesthetic, cultural, ecological The value, significance and other aspects of the economy, starting from the ecological perspective, the study concluded that urban agricultural landscape can make our city green space design in the economic function, lack of green form and characteristics of the city. Therefore on the urban agriculture into city green landscape design research, can not only enrich the diversity of contemporary city green design the form, but also through the establishment of a new concept of city greening urban agricultural landscape into the city green space system to promote the development of urban agriculture. Secondly, a detailed analysis of the design principle and design points of urban agricultural landscape, the modern city green space in urban agricultural landscape classification, combined with excellent practice the domestic and foreign case classification design. Thirdly, this paper summarizes the design process of system thinking is proposed based on the application of policy more perfect and slightly Guide Finally, we will popularize the concept of urban agricultural landscape and promote education. At the same time, it is pointed out that designers should be the driving force of change. I hope that through this study, we can provide a blueprint for those interested in urban agricultural landscape.
