降低蒙古商業(yè)銀行的利率研究

蒙古是世界上少有的內陸國家,周圍有俄羅斯和中國兩個大國。蒙古經濟嚴重依賴采礦和出口,這種單一經濟形勢容易受到外部和內部沖擊的影響。受金融部門和商業(yè)銀行不良貸款增長的影響,目前蒙古處于高通脹經濟,容易引發(fā)經濟環(huán)境惡化,這將會影響所有業(yè)務的運營或產生風險。依據前幾年的歷史數據,蒙古很可能會遵循大的經濟趨勢。因此,決策者需要不下避免一個經濟危機風險,不能過度增加支出和信貸增長。蒙古經濟中有很多的貸款需求,但由于資金不足,金融服務需求旺盛,中小企業(yè)不得不付出太多的代價。本研究的目的是增加銀行貸款的供給,降低銀行貸款利率,這是蒙古經濟增長的關鍵決定因素之一。為了增加貸款供應,應該增加實際資金供應。在目前的市場環(huán)境下,主要金融供應商是商業(yè)銀行,商業(yè)銀行利率直接影響融資成本。因此,研究如何降低商業(yè)貸款利率以降低融資成本非常重要。文獻綜述L.Oyun研究員(2007)對“商業(yè)銀行信用分析”進行了研究,D.Molomjamts(2007)在“貨幣與貸款關系”中根據目的,期限,利率,還款和抵押品等因素將資產類型分為不同類型,表明貸款償還情況有所改善,信用風險降低,但未明確影響高利率的因素。D.Boldbaa...
