The Influence of Corporate Governance Practices of Banks on

  加納的銀行業(yè)最近見證了一些銀行的倒閉。這導致了員工之間的不安全感,因此,只要他們找到有工作保障和更好的福利的工作機會,他們就會選擇跳槽。對工作保障和更好的福利的追求最終使得銀行業(yè)員工的忠誠度遭到質疑,因此,進行此方面的研究或研究后找到緩解這種威脅的方法變得更加必要。在最近的研究中,研究人員認為,企業(yè)的高失敗率和崩潰率是由于糟糕的公司治理措施。這些失敗和崩潰的案例使得經驗實證研究被運用于公司治理方法中;诖,本研究旨在了解加納各銀行員工對公司治理措施的滿意度。同時也試圖研究這些公司治理措施與員工忠誠度之間的關系。本次研究是采用結構化調查問卷的方法來從抽樣參與者中收集信息。本次研究的參與者包括來自加納被選定的銀行的兩百五十九(259)名受訪者。采用能夠給相關變量提供平均值的描述性分析和多元回歸分析兩種數(shù)據(jù)分析方法建立公司治理變量(獨立變量)與員工忠誠度(因變量)之間的關系。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),通過顯示平均分數(shù),公司治理實踐與員工忠誠度之間存在著一定的關系。同時,在調查中,治理實踐的平均差分并不是太大,也不是太遠。在對其中的一個樣本T檢驗的結果表明,對于所有公司治理方法,確實存在95%的置信區(qū)間。這...
