【摘要】：在移動互聯(lián)的新時代,物理網(wǎng)點仍是銀行發(fā)展和維系高價值目標客戶的主渠道,是其服務(wù)客戶、銷售產(chǎn)品的主陣地,是銀行經(jīng)營發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)性、戰(zhàn)略性核心資源。近年來,隨著金融科技公司興起以及互聯(lián)網(wǎng)巨頭對金融領(lǐng)域的擴展,銀行客戶的行為預(yù)期顯著改變,商業(yè)銀行面臨著競爭與挑戰(zhàn)前所未有。在此環(huán)境下,如何優(yōu)化網(wǎng)點布局,如何高效的運用線下渠道來鞏固自身優(yōu)勢、贏得更多的客戶資源,進而提升自身競爭力對于商業(yè)銀行意義重大。本論文從同業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)對比分析、網(wǎng)點密集性以及行內(nèi)兄弟行數(shù)據(jù)對比分析三個角度分析了 Q銀行青島市分行在網(wǎng)點布局優(yōu)化中存在的問題,總結(jié)了其網(wǎng)點布局與區(qū)域資源稟賦匹配性落后同業(yè)、內(nèi)耗嚴重區(qū)和網(wǎng)點空白區(qū)眾多、低效網(wǎng)點占比較高、網(wǎng)點業(yè)態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)不盡合理等問題。在此過程中,論文探索提出了低效網(wǎng)點模型,從效益、成長性、業(yè)務(wù)特點、服務(wù)客戶價值、修正因素五個維度對網(wǎng)點進行評價。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本論文提出了網(wǎng)點布局優(yōu)化的目標、依據(jù),明確了網(wǎng)點布局優(yōu)化思路,提出了構(gòu)建一套宏觀網(wǎng)點總量與結(jié)構(gòu)規(guī)劃測算、中觀經(jīng)濟潛力區(qū)域劃分分析、微觀網(wǎng)點選址量化模型在內(nèi)的網(wǎng)點布局優(yōu)化體系。依據(jù)上述思路及模型,本論文明確了Q銀行青島市分行"穩(wěn)中有降"、"加快推進輕型化網(wǎng)點建設(shè)步伐"的網(wǎng)點布局優(yōu)化基調(diào),深入分析了該行重點區(qū)域、重點網(wǎng)點的實際情況,提出了涵蓋網(wǎng)點撤并、遷址、網(wǎng)點業(yè)態(tài)調(diào)整在內(nèi)的Q銀行青島市分行網(wǎng)點布局優(yōu)化具體建議,并論述了網(wǎng)點布局優(yōu)化中的實施措施等,以期通過此優(yōu)化,降低Q行青島市分行網(wǎng)點布局與金融資源分布的錯配率,促使該行形成多層次、立體化的物理網(wǎng)點布局,切實提高Q銀行青島市分行營業(yè)網(wǎng)點市場競爭力。
[Abstract]:In the new era of mobile interconnection, physical network is still the main channel for banks to develop and maintain high-value target customers, the main position for them to serve customers and sell products, and the basic and strategic core resources for bank management and development. In recent years, with the rise of financial technology companies and the expansion of the financial sector by Internet giants, the behavior expectations of bank customers have changed significantly, and commercial banks are facing unprecedented competition and challenges. In this environment, how to optimize the network layout, how to efficiently use offline channels to consolidate their own advantages, win more customer resources, and then improve their competitiveness is of great significance to commercial banks. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the optimization of network layout in Qingdao Branch of Q Bank from three angles: the comparative analysis of peer data, the density of nodes and the data of brothers in the line, and summarizes the problems in the optimization of network layout in Qingdao Branch of Q Bank, which are backward in the matching of network layout and regional resource endowment, large in internal friction area and dot blank area, high in low efficiency network, unreasonable in network structure and so on. In this process, the paper explores and puts forward the inefficient dot model, which evaluates the network from five dimensions: benefit, growth, business characteristics, customer service value and correction factors. On this basis, this paper puts forward the goal of dot layout optimization, according to which, it clarifies the idea of dot layout optimization, and puts forward a set of network layout optimization system, such as the calculation of macro dot total amount and structure planning, the division and analysis of meso economic potential region, and the quantitative model of micro dot location. According to the above ideas and models, this paper clarifies the optimization tone of the network layout of Q Bank Qingdao Branch, "speeding up the pace of promoting the Construction of Light weight Network", deeply analyzes the actual situation of the key areas of the bank and key points, and puts forward some concrete suggestions for the optimization of the network layout of Q Bank Qingdao Branch, including the merger, relocation and adjustment of the network form. This paper also discusses the implementation measures in the optimization of network layout, in order to reduce the mismatch rate between the network layout and financial resources distribution of Q bank Qingdao branch, promote the bank to form a multi-level and three-dimensional physical network layout, and effectively improve the market competitiveness of Q bank Qingdao branch business network.
