【摘要】：自2009年在俄羅斯葉卡捷琳堡舉辦的第一次金磚峰會以來,金磚國家之間已經(jīng)形成了一個(gè)良好的合作關(guān)系,而金磚國家新開發(fā)銀行的成立標(biāo)志著金磚國家在開發(fā)性金融領(lǐng)域的合作有了新的突破。本文通過梳理國內(nèi)外對于金磚國家、開發(fā)性金融、多邊開發(fā)銀行和金磚國家新開發(fā)銀行的研究和報(bào)道,論述了開發(fā)性金融、多邊開發(fā)銀行的相關(guān)概念以及的它們的特點(diǎn)、基本職能和主要表現(xiàn),從而得出建立金磚國家新開發(fā)銀行的理論依據(jù)。并在金磚國家新開發(fā)銀行建立機(jī)制的基礎(chǔ)上,對其具有的開發(fā)性金融特性進(jìn)行了分析,探討了其對開發(fā)性金融的發(fā)展。之后又通過將金磚國家新開發(fā)銀行與傳統(tǒng)多邊開發(fā)銀行進(jìn)行比較,得出了其在機(jī)構(gòu)屬性和投資領(lǐng)域的區(qū)別。最后,本文結(jié)合金磚國家新開發(fā)銀行的特點(diǎn)對其發(fā)展前景進(jìn)行了分析。金磚國家新開發(fā)銀行作為一個(gè)由發(fā)展中國家所主導(dǎo)的多邊開發(fā)銀行,在一定程度上打破了發(fā)達(dá)國家對國際金融體系的壟斷。盡管目前金磚國家新開發(fā)銀行面臨著很多潛在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和挑戰(zhàn),但這始終是發(fā)展中國家在改變現(xiàn)有國際經(jīng)濟(jì)秩序中的巨大進(jìn)步。
[Abstract]:Since the first BRICS summit held in Yekaterinburg, Russia, in 2009, the BRICS countries have formed a good cooperative relationship, and the establishment of the BRICS New Development Bank marks a new breakthrough in BRICS cooperation in the field of development finance. By combing the research and reports of BRICS, development finance, multilateral development banks and BRICS new development banks at home and abroad, this paper discusses the related concepts of development finance and multilateral development banks, as well as their characteristics, basic functions and main performance, so as to obtain the theoretical basis for the establishment of BRICS new development banks. On the basis of the establishment mechanism of BRICS New Development Bank, this paper analyzes its development financial characteristics, and probes into its development of development finance. Then, by comparing the BRICS new development banks with the traditional multilateral development banks, the differences between the BRICS new development banks and the traditional multilateral development banks in the field of institutional attributes and investment are obtained. Finally, this paper analyzes the development prospect of BRICS New Development Bank. As a multilateral development bank led by developing countries, BRICS New Development Bank has to some extent broken the monopoly of developed countries on the international financial system. Although BRICS new development banks face many potential risks and challenges, this has always been a great progress in changing the existing international economic order in developing countries.
