【摘要】：近年來(lái),提升政策透明度逐漸成為了貨幣政策實(shí)踐操作的趨勢(shì)。針對(duì)貨幣政策出現(xiàn)的這一新變化,系統(tǒng)分析了貨幣政策透明度提升的理論基礎(chǔ),即預(yù)期理論、信息經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論、動(dòng)態(tài)不一致性理論、公共選擇理論和委托代理理論的形成和發(fā)展。從實(shí)踐來(lái)看,我國(guó)的貨幣政策透明度建設(shè)經(jīng)歷了起步期、快速發(fā)展期、平臺(tái)期和快速提升期等四個(gè)階段。隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入新常態(tài),作為宏觀調(diào)控重要組成部分的貨幣政策,也應(yīng)該創(chuàng)新政策工具、轉(zhuǎn)變政策風(fēng)格,以滿足新形勢(shì)下宏觀調(diào)控的需要。
[Abstract]:In recent years, promoting policy transparency has gradually become the trend of monetary policy practice. In view of this new change in monetary policy, this paper systematically analyzes the theoretical basis for the promotion of monetary policy transparency, that is, expectation theory, information economics theory and dynamic inconsistency theory. The formation and development of public choice theory and principal-agent theory. From the practice point of view, the transparency construction of monetary policy in China has gone through four stages: the starting stage, the rapid development period, the platform period and the rapid promotion period. With the entry of China's economy into the new normal, as an important part of macro-control, monetary policy should also innovate policy tools and change policy style in order to meet the needs of macro-control under the new situation.
