信任和安全對移動支付決策的影響

【摘要】：考慮到"信任"和"安全"的問題影響著用戶對移動支付的使用情況,本文采用實驗方法 ,根據(jù)知名度、支付額度和補償度3個因子,建立了用戶信任和安全因子對于用戶支付意愿的影響模型。研究結果顯示:感知信任和感知安全會影響使用意愿,且感知安全會影響感知信任。而這3個因子中,知名度通過感知安全影響使用意愿;補償度既會影響用戶感知安全,也會影響感知信任,但不會直接影響使用意愿。支付額度雖然對用戶沒有直接影響,但是其與知名度以及支付額度與補償度的交互作用,會對用戶的感知信任、感知安全和使用意愿產(chǎn)生影響。對此,提出以下建議:鼓勵支付公司開發(fā)移動支付的業(yè)務;低知名度的支付公司可以優(yōu)先推廣低支付額度的業(yè)務,再逐漸提高用戶的信任和使用意愿;發(fā)生安全威脅時,應考慮提供用戶補償,從而提高用戶對公司的信任和使用意愿。
[Abstract]:Considering that the problems of "trust" and "security" affect the users' use of mobile payment, this paper adopts the experimental method, according to the popularity, payment amount and compensation degree three factors, The influence model of user trust and security factor on user's willingness to pay is established. The results show that perceived trust and perceived security will affect the willingness to use, and perceived security will affect perceived trust. Among the three factors, popularity affects the willingness to use through perceived security, and the degree of compensation not only affects the perceived security of users, but also affects the perceived trust, but does not directly affect the willingness to use. Although payment quota has no direct effect on users, its interaction with popularity and payment quota and compensation degree will have an impact on users' perceived trust, perceived security and willingness to use. To this end, the following suggestions are put forward: encourage payment companies to develop mobile payment business; low-profile payment companies can give priority to the promotion of low payment quota business, and then gradually enhance users' trust and willingness to use; In case of security threat, user compensation should be considered in order to improve users' trust and willingness to use the company.
