【摘要】：近來備受關(guān)注的金融科技,正在金融業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新、交易安全高效和技術(shù)融合方面體現(xiàn)出獨特的價值。傳統(tǒng)金融機構(gòu)、新興科技公司和風險投資已經(jīng)成為金融科技發(fā)展的主要推動力量。金融科技的創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展,與當下中國企業(yè)和居民金融資產(chǎn)積累較多、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)盛行、金融交易日趨活躍的社會經(jīng)濟環(huán)境相關(guān),也與中國努力推進供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革、推動金融產(chǎn)業(yè)市場化的大形勢相關(guān)。未來,區(qū)塊鏈、大數(shù)據(jù)和人工智能的發(fā)展很可能會爆發(fā)出巨大的商業(yè)價值。特別需要注意的是,金融科技產(chǎn)業(yè)在發(fā)展的同時必須承擔相應(yīng)的社會責任,一是提供普惠金融服務(wù),節(jié)約社會成本;二是擁抱監(jiān)管,在發(fā)展中管控好風險。
[Abstract]:Recent attention to financial technology is showing unique value in financial business innovation, safe and efficient trading, and technology convergence. Traditional financial institutions, emerging technology companies and venture capital have become the main driving force of financial technology development. The innovation and development of financial science and technology is related to the current socio-economic environment in which Chinese enterprises and residents accumulate more financial assets, the Internet prevails, and financial transactions become increasingly active, and it is also related to China's efforts to promote supply-side structural reform. The major situation of promoting the marketization of the financial industry is related. In the future, the development of block chain, big data and artificial intelligence is likely to burst out of huge commercial value. It is especially important to note that the financial technology industry must take on the corresponding social responsibility at the same time, one is to provide inclusive financial services and save social costs, and the other is to embrace supervision and control risks in the course of development.
