【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融是指借助于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)、移動(dòng)通信技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)資金融通、支付和信息中介等業(yè)務(wù)的新興金融模式,既不同于商業(yè)銀行間接融資,也不同于資本市場(chǎng)直接融資的融資模式。目前來看,我國(guó)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融市場(chǎng)內(nèi)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)借貸市場(chǎng)以P2P網(wǎng)絡(luò)信貸公司為主要代表,我們將進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的分析,并從中引出互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融背景下民間借貸市場(chǎng)的新發(fā)展和有關(guān)其借貸利率的市場(chǎng)化的探索研究。
[Abstract]:Internet finance refers to the emerging financial mode of financing, payment and information intermediation by means of Internet technology and mobile communication technology, which is different from indirect financing by commercial banks. Also is different from the capital market direct financing pattern. At present, the network lending market in China's Internet financial market is mainly represented by P2P network credit companies. We will conduct a detailed analysis. It also leads to the new development of the private lending market under the background of Internet finance and the exploration and research on the marketization of its lending interest rate.
