金融脫媒背景下農(nóng)業(yè)銀行應(yīng)對(duì)策略研究

【摘要】:本文基于農(nóng)業(yè)銀行整體對(duì)其如何應(yīng)對(duì)金融脫媒進(jìn)行了深入研究。金融脫媒是社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)與金融市場(chǎng)發(fā)展到一定程度的必然產(chǎn)物,目前在全球范圍內(nèi)呈持續(xù)深化趨勢(shì)。我國(guó)金融脫媒現(xiàn)象雖然出現(xiàn)較晚,但在政府政策的主導(dǎo)下,隨著資本市場(chǎng)以及信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,商業(yè)銀行的中介功能逐漸弱化,金融活動(dòng)出現(xiàn)加速了去銀行化的脫媒現(xiàn)象。在金融脫媒背景下,我國(guó)金融體系向多元化發(fā)展,金融創(chuàng)新層出不窮,金融形勢(shì)日新月異,銀行業(yè)內(nèi)外部競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈,農(nóng)業(yè)銀行面臨更為復(fù)雜多變的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境,傳統(tǒng)存貸業(yè)務(wù)受到?jīng)_擊,盈利空間受到擠壓,經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)加劇。但同時(shí)金融脫媒也帶來(lái)了諸多機(jī)遇,促進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)銀行轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)。因此對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)銀行如何應(yīng)對(duì)金融脫媒的研究分析迫在眉睫。雖然近幾年來(lái)農(nóng)業(yè)銀行為應(yīng)對(duì)金融脫媒,從過(guò)去過(guò)度依賴信貸業(yè)務(wù),盈利模式單一逐漸向多元化發(fā)展,積極探索新的業(yè)務(wù)空間與利潤(rùn)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn),但仍存在諸多不足之處。隨著競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的加劇,農(nóng)業(yè)銀子在縣域市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)持續(xù)受壓;零售銀行產(chǎn)品同質(zhì)化程度嚴(yán)重,缺乏品牌特色;中間業(yè)務(wù)雖有所發(fā)展,但總體水平仍然較低;投行業(yè)務(wù)缺乏專業(yè)性人才,發(fā)展緩慢;互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融業(yè)務(wù)缺乏產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新,未抓住市場(chǎng)機(jī)遇;資產(chǎn)質(zhì)量下行壓力大,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理水平亟待提高。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法,結(jié)合定性分析和定量分析,通過(guò)對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)銀行金融脫媒應(yīng)對(duì)中存在問(wèn)題的深入分析,進(jìn)而針對(duì)性的提出了建議,從下沉經(jīng)營(yíng)重心,夯實(shí)縣域市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì);塑造品牌特色,大力發(fā)展零售銀行業(yè)務(wù);樹(shù)立創(chuàng)新思維,加快中間業(yè)務(wù)多元化發(fā)展;培養(yǎng)高端人才,積極發(fā)展投行業(yè)務(wù);抓住市場(chǎng)機(jī)遇,打造互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融服務(wù)體系以及完善風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理體系,提升風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理能力等方面提出了具體措施。本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于選取了國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行-農(nóng)業(yè)銀行作為研究主體,不同于以往學(xué)者以中國(guó)銀行業(yè)整體為主體對(duì)金融脫媒進(jìn)行研究。國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行因?yàn)槌袚?dān)了更多的社會(huì)責(zé)任及自身體制問(wèn)題,更難以進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型和改革。但在金融脫媒的大背景下,國(guó)有商業(yè)銀行轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)迫在眉睫。因此重點(diǎn)研究農(nóng)業(yè)銀行在經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)下如何應(yīng)對(duì)金融脫媒具有很強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)性,通過(guò)理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,有利于農(nóng)業(yè)銀行提高應(yīng)對(duì)金融脫媒的能力,并對(duì)其他商業(yè)銀行形成借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the agricultural bank, this paper makes a deep research on how to deal with financial disintermediation. Financial disintermediation is the inevitable outcome of the development of social economy and financial market to a certain extent. Although the phenomenon of financial disintermediation appears late in our country, under the guidance of government policy, with the development of capital market and information technology, the intermediary function of commercial banks is gradually weakened, and the phenomenon of disintermediation accelerates the development of financial activities. Under the background of financial disintermediation, the financial system of our country develops towards diversification, the financial innovation emerges in endlessly, the financial situation changes with each passing day, the internal and external competition of the banking industry is becoming increasingly fierce, and the Agricultural Bank is faced with a more complex and changeable market environment. The traditional deposit and loan business is impacted, the profit space is squeezed, the management risk intensifies. But at the same time, financial disintermediation also brought many opportunities to promote the transformation and upgrading of the Agricultural Bank. Therefore, it is urgent to study and analyze how the Agricultural Bank should deal with financial disintermediation. In recent years, in order to deal with financial disintermediation, Agricultural Bank of China has been relying on credit from the past, and its profit model has been diversified gradually, and it has actively explored new business space and profit growth point, but there are still many shortcomings. With the aggravation of competition, the competitive advantage of agricultural silver in the county market is under constant pressure; the degree of homogenization of retail bank products is serious, lacking of brand characteristics; although the intermediate business has developed, the overall level is still relatively low. Investment banking lacks professional talents and develops slowly; Internet finance lacks product innovation and fails to seize market opportunities; asset quality is under great downward pressure and the level of risk management needs to be improved. This article uses the literature research method, unifies the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis, through the thorough analysis to the agricultural bank financial disintermediation in the existing question, then has put forward the suggestion pertinently, from sinking the management center of gravity, rammed the county area market competition superiority; Mold brand characteristics, vigorously develop retail banking business, set up innovative thinking, speed up the diversification of intermediate business development, train high-end talents, actively develop investment banking business; Some concrete measures are put forward in this paper, such as seizing the market opportunity, creating the internet financial service system, perfecting the risk management system and improving the risk management ability. The innovation of this paper is that the state-owned commercial bank-Agricultural Bank is chosen as the research subject, which is different from the previous scholars to study the financial disintermediation with the Chinese banking industry as the main body. It is more difficult for state-owned commercial banks to carry out business transformation and reform because of taking on more social responsibility and their own system problems. However, in the context of financial disintermediation, the transformation and upgrading of state-owned commercial banks is imminent. Therefore, it is very realistic to study how the Agricultural Bank of China should deal with financial disintermediation under the new normal state of economy. Combining theory with practice is helpful for Agricultural Bank to improve its ability to deal with financial disintermediation. And for other commercial banks to form a reference.
