【摘要】：由于規(guī)模較小、實(shí)力較弱,小微企業(yè)面臨著較為嚴(yán)重的融資約束,而信用擔(dān)保機(jī)構(gòu)作用的有效發(fā)揮,則有助于緩解這種狀況。本文在對(duì)蘇南、蘇中、蘇北250家小微企業(yè)進(jìn)行調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)了新常態(tài)下江蘇小微企業(yè)融資與信用擔(dān)�，F(xiàn)狀及存在的突出問題,并從小微企業(yè)直接與間接融資方式、信用擔(dān)保機(jī)構(gòu)支持小微企業(yè)融資現(xiàn)狀方面剖析了問題的成因。最后,提出了新常態(tài)下江蘇小微企業(yè)融資與擔(dān)保困境的治理機(jī)制,主要包括加大政府政策扶持力度、建立商業(yè)銀行小微企業(yè)服務(wù)機(jī)制、健全信用擔(dān)保機(jī)構(gòu)擔(dān)保業(yè)務(wù)體系及優(yōu)化小微企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:Because of the small scale and weak strength, the small and micro enterprises are faced with more serious financing constraints, and the effective role of credit guarantee institutions will help to alleviate this situation. Based on the investigation of 250 small and micro enterprises in the south, middle and north of Jiangsu province, this paper summarizes the current situation of financing and credit guarantee of Jiangsu small and micro enterprises under the new normal condition and the outstanding problems, and the direct and indirect financing methods of small enterprises. The credit guarantee organization supports the small and micro enterprise financing present situation aspect to analyze the cause of the problem. Finally, the paper puts forward the governance mechanism of financing and guarantee dilemma of Jiangsu small and micro enterprises under the new normal, which mainly includes increasing government policy support and establishing commercial bank small and micro enterprise service mechanism. Perfect the credit guarantee organization guarantee business system and optimize the small and micro enterprise management strategy.
