【摘要】：基于2003-2013年省際面板數(shù)據(jù),探究省域技術(shù)進(jìn)步與創(chuàng)新效率的空間相關(guān)性。以信息化發(fā)展指數(shù)為門檻變量,構(gòu)建面板數(shù)據(jù)門檻模型,對(duì)比分析國際貿(mào)易、對(duì)外直接投資(ODI)、外商直接投資(FDI)渠道下國際技術(shù)溢出的信息化門檻效應(yīng),并分析其對(duì)創(chuàng)新生產(chǎn)率的作用效果。研究指出:區(qū)域技術(shù)進(jìn)步與創(chuàng)新效率均存在顯著的空間正相關(guān)性;省際創(chuàng)新效率對(duì)技術(shù)進(jìn)步的帶動(dòng)作用呈現(xiàn)顯著地區(qū)差異;人力資本已經(jīng)成為推動(dòng)區(qū)域創(chuàng)新效率的重要因素,而自主研發(fā)資本低占比顯著抑制創(chuàng)新效率發(fā)展;信息化各門檻下,各渠道的國際技術(shù)溢出均對(duì)區(qū)域創(chuàng)新生產(chǎn)率呈逐漸增強(qiáng)的促進(jìn)作用;貿(mào)易渠道獲取的國外技術(shù)溢出對(duì)創(chuàng)新效率促進(jìn)力度最大,其次為FDI、ODI,而其增幅排序相反。
[Abstract]:Based on the provincial panel data from 2003 to 2013, this paper explores the spatial correlation between technological progress and innovation efficiency. Taking the informatization development index as the threshold variable, this paper constructs panel data threshold model, compares and analyzes the information threshold effect of international technology spillover under the international trade, foreign direct investment (ODI),) and foreign direct investment (ODI),) (FDI) channel. And analyze its effect on innovation productivity. It is pointed out that there is significant spatial positive correlation between regional technological progress and innovation efficiency, and there are significant regional differences in the driving effect of inter-provincial innovation efficiency on technological progress. Human capital has become an important factor to promote regional innovation efficiency, and the low proportion of independent R & D capital has significantly inhibited the development of innovation efficiency. Under each threshold of informatization, the international technology spillover of each channel is promoting the regional innovation productivity gradually; Foreign technology spillovers obtained from trade channels promote innovation efficiency the most, followed by FDI,ODI, and the opposite order.
