【摘要】：正現(xiàn)階段,我國(guó)在金融穩(wěn)定機(jī)制方面還存在缺陷,這為我國(guó)宏觀調(diào)控提供了重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)訴求——如何剖析金融風(fēng)險(xiǎn)成因并相應(yīng)進(jìn)行金融穩(wěn)定政策的設(shè)計(jì)。一、金融穩(wěn)定政策設(shè)計(jì)的現(xiàn)實(shí)價(jià)值我國(guó)金融穩(wěn)定政策設(shè)計(jì)的必要性,可從如下方面理解。第一,經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)過(guò)程中通常伴隨著潛在的盈利性機(jī)遇,而金融市場(chǎng)的穩(wěn)定能夠有效調(diào)動(dòng)
