【摘要】：在中國(guó)與世界經(jīng)濟(jì)日趨融合發(fā)展的背景下,企業(yè)跨境發(fā)展成為趨勢(shì),而跨境融資也必然成為促進(jìn)企業(yè)走出去的重要措施。并且,隨著融資規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大、融資方式不斷豐富與政策上的放寬,讓境內(nèi)企業(yè)跨境融資逐漸便利化。因此,文章用相關(guān)事實(shí)和數(shù)據(jù)分析了當(dāng)前境內(nèi)企業(yè)跨境融資的現(xiàn)狀和面臨的主要難題,并提出了改善中國(guó)企業(yè)跨境融資的策略。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the integration and development of China and the world economy, the cross-border development of enterprises becomes a trend, and cross-border financing is bound to become an important measure to promote enterprises to go out. Moreover, with the expansion of financing scale, the enrichment of financing methods and the relaxation of policies, cross-border financing of domestic enterprises is gradually facilitated. Therefore, the paper analyzes the current situation and main problems of cross-border financing of domestic enterprises with relevant facts and data, and puts forward the strategies to improve cross-border financing of Chinese enterprises.
