【摘要】：貨幣替代是發(fā)展中國(guó)家在不斷開放過程中出現(xiàn)的一種不可避免的問題。主要表現(xiàn)為本國(guó)居民對(duì)本幣的幣值穩(wěn)定缺乏信心,或者本幣的收益率較低,就轉(zhuǎn)而將本幣兌換成外幣持有,從而外幣在價(jià)值貯藏、交易媒介和價(jià)值尺度等貨幣職能方面全部或者部分替代本幣。我國(guó)的金融體制正在進(jìn)行不斷改革,尤其是2005年進(jìn)行了匯率制度改革,實(shí)行“以市場(chǎng)供求為基礎(chǔ)、參考一籃子貨幣進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)的、有管理的浮動(dòng)匯率制度”。在這樣的匯率制度下,更加有可能出現(xiàn)貨幣替代現(xiàn)象的加劇。本文對(duì)影響我國(guó)貨幣替代的因素進(jìn)行了充分探索,搜集了2009年到2014年的數(shù)據(jù),包括人民幣匯率水平、國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值、國(guó)外利率水平與國(guó)內(nèi)利率水平的差異、國(guó)內(nèi)通貨膨脹率等,并基于現(xiàn)有學(xué)者的研究成果,對(duì)樣本數(shù)據(jù)運(yùn)用實(shí)證分析的方法,得出的主要結(jié)論有:一、匯率變動(dòng)是導(dǎo)致我國(guó)貨幣替代的最主要因素。人們進(jìn)行貨幣兌換的主要目的是規(guī)避匯率風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。這一貨幣替代特點(diǎn)提示我們:雖然我國(guó)當(dāng)前貨幣替代程度較低,但隨著我國(guó)資本賬戶的逐漸開放以及匯率體制的完善,人民幣國(guó)際化進(jìn)程的推進(jìn),我國(guó)仍有可能引發(fā)大規(guī)模的貨幣替代。二、國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值、利率差異、通貨膨脹率對(duì)我國(guó)貨幣替代的影響并不顯著�？傮w上說,我國(guó)還未完全市場(chǎng)化,國(guó)內(nèi)生產(chǎn)總值穩(wěn)步增長(zhǎng),通貨膨脹率并不高,從而導(dǎo)致對(duì)貨幣替代的解釋比較有限。最后本文結(jié)合我國(guó)國(guó)情,提出了實(shí)施保證幣值穩(wěn)定的宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)政策、提高人民幣的實(shí)際收益率、加強(qiáng)金融市場(chǎng)體系建設(shè)、提高人民幣信譽(yù)、健立健全監(jiān)管體系和預(yù)防體系、加強(qiáng)貨幣替代理論研究幾點(diǎn)政策建議。
[Abstract]:Currency substitution is an inevitable problem in developing countries. This is mainly manifested in the lack of confidence in the stability of the value of the local currency, or in the low rate of return of the local currency, so that the local currency is converted into foreign currency to be held, thus the foreign currency is stored in value. The exchange medium and the value measure and so on monetary function aspect completely or partially replaces the local currency. China's financial system is undergoing continuous reform, especially in 2005, the exchange rate system reform, the implementation of "on the basis of market supply and demand, reference to a basket of currencies to adjust the managed floating exchange rate system." Under such an exchange rate regime, it is more likely that currency substitution will intensify. This paper makes a full exploration of the factors affecting the substitution of currency in China, and collects the data from 2009 to 2014, including RMB exchange rate level, GDP, the difference between foreign interest rate level and domestic interest rate level, domestic inflation rate and so on. Based on the research results of the existing scholars, this paper uses the empirical analysis method to analyze the sample data. The main conclusions are as follows: first, exchange rate change is the most important factor leading to the substitution of currency in China. The main purpose of currency exchange is to avoid exchange rate risk. The characteristics of this currency substitution suggest that although the degree of currency substitution in China is relatively low, with the gradual opening of our capital account and the improvement of the exchange rate system, the internationalization process of RMB is advancing. China still has the potential to trigger large-scale currency substitution. Second, the difference of GDP, interest rate and inflation rate have little effect on currency substitution in China. On the whole, our country is not completely market-oriented, the GDP is growing steadily, and the inflation rate is not high, which leads to the limited explanation of currency substitution. Finally, according to the situation of our country, this paper puts forward the macroeconomic policy to guarantee the stability of currency, to raise the real rate of return of RMB, to strengthen the construction of financial market system, to improve the credibility of RMB, to establish and improve the supervision system and prevention system. Strengthen the monetary substitution theory research several policy suggestions.
