【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡(luò)催生的網(wǎng)絡(luò)金融,與傳統(tǒng)金融無(wú)疑存在著競(jìng)爭(zhēng)關(guān)系,應(yīng)以法律手段加以規(guī)導(dǎo),實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)金融與傳統(tǒng)金融的互補(bǔ)共進(jìn)。應(yīng)實(shí)行立足雙元經(jīng)營(yíng)、兼顧同步拓展、加大宣傳力度、精細(xì)流程適配、開展集中培訓(xùn),改進(jìn)實(shí)踐考核等法律規(guī)導(dǎo)措施。
[Abstract]:There is no doubt that there is a competitive relationship between network finance and traditional finance, which should be regulated by legal means to realize the complementary development of network finance and traditional finance. It is necessary to carry out legal guidance measures such as based on dual management, taking into account simultaneous expansion, increasing propaganda, fine flow matching, developing centralized training, improving practice assessment, and so on.
