【摘要】：2016年我國(guó)宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)政策側(cè)重點(diǎn)落在了以供給側(cè)為主導(dǎo)的結(jié)構(gòu)性改革上。經(jīng)濟(jì)政策的不確定性會(huì)加劇人民幣匯率波動(dòng),反過(guò)來(lái),人民幣匯率波動(dòng)能夠?qū)е抡叩牟淮_定性加劇。政府應(yīng)當(dāng)盡量保持宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)政策的穩(wěn)定性和持續(xù)性,改變過(guò)去一貫重視總需求的管理模式,加大對(duì)供給側(cè)方面的監(jiān)控,調(diào)整供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu),從而減輕經(jīng)濟(jì)下行壓力,降低人民幣匯率的異常波動(dòng)。同時(shí),應(yīng)增加人民幣匯率彈性,改革人民幣匯率機(jī)制,健全完善金融外匯市場(chǎng),深化"寬松為主、緊縮為輔"的供給策略,以堅(jiān)定人民幣國(guó)際化的自信力。
[Abstract]:In 2016, China's macroeconomic policy focused on the supply-side structural reforms. Uncertainty about economic policy can exacerbate fluctuations in the yuan's exchange rate, which in turn can lead to greater uncertainty about policy. The government should try its best to maintain the stability and sustainability of macroeconomic policies, change the management model that used to attach importance to aggregate demand, increase the monitoring of the supply side, and adjust the supply-side structure so as to alleviate the downward pressure on the economy. The abnormal fluctuation of reducing the exchange rate of RMB. At the same time, we should increase the flexibility of RMB exchange rate, reform the mechanism of RMB exchange rate, perfect the financial exchange rate market, deepen the supply strategy of "loosening primarily and tightening as auxiliary", so as to strengthen the confidence of RMB internationalization.
