【摘要】：文章將要素價格完全內生化,并通過引入"貨幣乘數(shù)"和"消費價格指數(shù)",構建了擴展的靜態(tài)金融可計算一般均衡模型,模擬了貨幣發(fā)行規(guī)模變化和存款準備金水平的改變對我國宏觀經(jīng)濟、各產(chǎn)業(yè)部門和價格水平的影響。結論表明:從貨幣角度看,價格水平變化并不單一地依賴于貨幣總量的改變,準備金對貨幣市場調控效果遠強于貨幣發(fā)行,而無論何種寬松的貨幣政策,央行釋放的貨幣與銀行信貸資金增加余額不成比例,銀行惜貸現(xiàn)象仍較為嚴重;從產(chǎn)業(yè)角度看,增加貨幣供給會提高勞動要素報酬而降低資本要素支付,無論采取寬松或是緊縮的貨幣政策,農業(yè)相較于其他產(chǎn)業(yè),對貨幣的彈性較大。
[Abstract]:By introducing "monetary multiplier" and "consumer price index", an extended static financial computable general equilibrium model is constructed. The paper simulates the influence of the change of currency issuing scale and the level of deposit reserve on the macro economy, industry and price level of our country. The conclusion shows that, from the monetary point of view, the change of price level does not depend solely on the change of the total amount of money, and the effect of reserve on money market regulation is much stronger than that of money issue, no matter what kind of loose monetary policy. The money released by the central bank is out of proportion to the increase in the balance of the bank's credit funds, and the phenomenon of banks' reluctance to lend is still serious; From the industrial point of view, increasing the money supply will increase the remuneration of labor factors and reduce the capital factor payment. No matter adopting loose or tight monetary policy, agriculture is more flexible to money than other industries.
