“中國平安”綜合金融戰(zhàn)略案例分析
[Abstract]:Under the background of diversified development of global economy, financial institutions are facing increasingly fierce competition. As a new organizational model, financial holding companies can bring into play the advantages of multiple financial synergies and enhance the competitiveness of financial institutions. It has become an international trend in western countries. Since 1990's, our country has been carrying out the management and supervision mode of "separate operation and separate supervision". Since the beginning of this century, facing the challenge of domestic Internet finance, it is imperative for financial institutions to manage comprehensively, and the mode of financial holding company ushered in a new development opportunity. The strategy of management and development plays a key role in the financial holding company. The strategy directly affects the development direction and the degree of coordination and integration of its subsidiaries. "Ping an of China" first put forward "comprehensive financial strategy", on the basis of setting up a one-stop service platform of personal finance, continuously innovating and breaking through, has been in the forefront of the development of diversified financial business of financial holding company in China. The case study of China Ping an's comprehensive financial strategy is of great significance for the development of China's financial holding companies. This article mainly uses the case analysis and the comparative analysis method to carry on the analysis research to "China Ping an" comprehensive financial strategy, in order to unceasingly consummate its development and has some enlightenment to other financial holding companies. Firstly, it defines the meaning of financial holding company and comprehensive financial strategy, introduces the characteristics of financial holding company and comprehensive financial strategy, and expounds the important role of comprehensive financial strategy in financial holding company. Secondly, it introduces the comprehensive financial strategy layout process of Ping an of China, and combs the main content and practice status of the comprehensive financial strategy. Then, through the analysis of the effectiveness of "China Ping an", it summarizes the industry advantages after the implementation of its comprehensive financial strategy, finds out the obstacles to its development, and aims at the rise of the overall risk of investment business. Some suggestions are put forward about the homogenization of innovation and the slow migration and transformation. Finally, the paper summarizes the case of China Ping an comprehensive financial strategy, and summarizes the enlightenment to other financial holding companies in the aspect of management strategy.
