【摘要】：新的發(fā)展形勢(shì)下,來自新興和轉(zhuǎn)型經(jīng)濟(jì)體的國際投資正日益向傳統(tǒng)外商直接投資理論發(fā)出挑戰(zhàn),理論體系亟待補(bǔ)充。本研究在文獻(xiàn)回顧的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建實(shí)證模型,以中國為發(fā)展中國家的代表,2003-2014年中國與125個(gè)國家之間的雙向FDI數(shù)據(jù)為支撐,探究母國因素對(duì)IFDI影響OFDI的調(diào)節(jié)作用。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)現(xiàn)階段中國的IFDI對(duì)OFDI的正向溢出效應(yīng)大于負(fù)向競(jìng)爭(zhēng)效應(yīng),總體呈正向影響;(2)母國RD投入對(duì)IFDI影響OFDI有正向調(diào)節(jié)作用,即增強(qiáng)IFDI中管理知識(shí)和技術(shù)的溢出,且正向影響OFDI,尤以RD人員投入為著。(3)母國與東道國的貿(mào)易往來對(duì)IFDI影響OFDI有顯著的正向調(diào)節(jié)作用,且出口的調(diào)節(jié)作用更突出。本文以發(fā)展中國家雙向投資內(nèi)在影響機(jī)制研究豐富了國際投資理論體系,同時(shí)對(duì)發(fā)展中國家政府協(xié)調(diào)雙向投資有一定理論指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Under the new development situation, the international investment from the emerging and transition economies is increasingly challenging the traditional FDI theory, and the theoretical system needs to be supplemented. On the basis of literature review, this study constructs an empirical model, with China as a representative of developing countries and two-way FDI data between China and 125 countries from 2003 to 2014, to explore the regulatory effect of home country factors on OFDI. The results are as follows: (1) the positive spillover effect of China's IFDI on OFDI is greater than that of negative competition at present, and the overall positive effect is positive; (2) the home country RD investment has the positive regulation function to the IFDI influence OFDI, namely enhances the management knowledge and the technology spillover in the IFDI, and has the positive influence OFDI, Especially the input of RD personnel. (3) the trade between home country and host country has significant positive regulating effect on IFDI, and export regulation is more prominent. This paper enriches the theoretical system of international investment by studying the internal influence mechanism of two-way investment in developing countries, and has a certain theoretical guiding significance for the governments of developing countries to coordinate two-way investment.
