中國NGO小額信貸機構(gòu)治理效率實證檢驗

【摘要】:文章以2010—2012年41家中國NGO小額信貸機構(gòu)為研究樣本,從理事會治理機制、機構(gòu)財務(wù)績效和社會績效關(guān)系的角度建立多元線性回歸模型和曲線估計模型,實證檢驗了NGO小額信貸機構(gòu)的治理效率。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):理事會規(guī)模與財務(wù)績效和社會績效均呈倒U型相關(guān)關(guān)系;理事長和總經(jīng)理兩職分離會優(yōu)化機構(gòu)財務(wù)績效和社會績效;理事會會議次數(shù)與財務(wù)績效負相關(guān),與社會績效正相關(guān);設(shè)置監(jiān)事會可以改善機構(gòu)財務(wù)績效和社會績效;女性理事占比與財務(wù)績效、社會績效正相關(guān)。上述實證結(jié)論對中國NGO小額信貸機構(gòu)改善治理效率有重要的政策啟示。
[Abstract]:Taking 41 NGO microfinance institutions in China from 2010 to 2012 as a research sample, this paper establishes a multivariate linear regression model and a curve estimation model from the perspective of governing mechanism of the governing Council and the relationship between financial performance and social performance. Empirical test of NGO microfinance institutions governance efficiency. The results show that the size of the board is inversely U related to the financial performance and social performance; the separation of director and general manager will optimize the financial performance and social performance of the organization; the number of board meetings is negatively correlated with the financial performance. Setting up supervisory board can improve the financial performance and social performance of institutions, and the proportion of female directors is positively correlated with financial performance and social performance. The above conclusions have important policy implications for improving the governance efficiency of NGO microfinance institutions in China.
