【摘要】：人民幣離岸市場(chǎng)的建設(shè)對(duì)于推進(jìn)人民幣國(guó)際化進(jìn)程以及國(guó)內(nèi)金融體制改革方面具有深刻的影響,但是目前我國(guó)監(jiān)管制度不健全,發(fā)展人民幣離岸市場(chǎng)的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境還有待完善。人民幣離岸市場(chǎng)目前面臨供需以及體制難題,而內(nèi)外循環(huán)機(jī)制也尚未建立。結(jié)合國(guó)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)來看,美國(guó)、日本的離岸市場(chǎng)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r良好,對(duì)于人民幣離岸市場(chǎng)有相當(dāng)?shù)慕梃b意義。針對(duì)人民幣離岸市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展困境,應(yīng)該完善人民幣離岸市場(chǎng)模式和體制建設(shè),創(chuàng)新離岸人民幣發(fā)展方式、提高人民幣存量與改變需求方式,寬松人民幣離岸市場(chǎng)的監(jiān)管。
[Abstract]:The construction of RMB offshore market has a profound impact on the process of RMB internationalization and the reform of domestic financial system. However, at present, the supervision system is not perfect in China, and the internal and external environment for the development of RMB offshore market needs to be improved. The offshore market of RMB is faced with supply and demand and system problems, and the internal and external circulation mechanism has not been established. In combination with international experience, the offshore market of the United States and Japan is in good condition, which has considerable reference significance for the offshore market of RMB. In view of the difficulties in the development of offshore RMB market, it is necessary to perfect the offshore market model and institutional construction of RMB, innovate the development mode of offshore RMB, increase the stock of RMB and change the mode of demand, and relax the supervision of offshore market of RMB.
