【摘要】：目前,隨著高新科技信息時(shí)代的來(lái)臨,電子貨幣作為新時(shí)代的產(chǎn)物應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。紙幣的出現(xiàn)及廣泛應(yīng)用給經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)進(jìn)步做出了不可磨滅的貢獻(xiàn),而電子貨幣對(duì)紙幣的取代,無(wú)疑將是又一次重要里程碑意義事件。目前,電子貨幣已經(jīng)成了人們?nèi)粘Ｉ畋黄毡榻邮苤Ц斗绞?電子貨幣給人們的生產(chǎn)生活帶來(lái)了重大的影響。因此,有關(guān)于確保電子貨幣快速、有序的發(fā)展模式的探討是各個(gè)專家學(xué)者研究和關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)。本文首先以馬克思理論為理論基礎(chǔ),通過大量的綜述研究,對(duì)電子貨幣的相關(guān)理論概念進(jìn)行了界定,闡述了電子貨幣的起源與產(chǎn)生;然后結(jié)合具體問題對(duì)電子貨幣發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀具體分析,闡述了電子貨幣現(xiàn)階段的發(fā)展模式,從電子貨幣在中國(guó)的發(fā)展和實(shí)踐中,得出電子貨幣發(fā)展過程中存在的問題,如電子貨幣發(fā)行主體問題、央行監(jiān)管問題、稅務(wù)征收與管理等;再次,闡述了西方發(fā)達(dá)電子貨幣發(fā)展概況,并且與中國(guó)電子貨幣進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,對(duì)中國(guó)電子貨幣發(fā)展起到一定的啟示作用;最后本文提出了適合中國(guó)電子貨幣發(fā)展模式的相關(guān)建議,具體包括電子貨幣發(fā)行主體模式、監(jiān)管模式、稅收征管的模式等相關(guān)建議,以至于電子貨幣在未來(lái)能夠更加迅速、健康的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:At present, with the advent of high-tech information age, electronic money as a product of the new era came into being. The emergence and wide application of paper money have made indelible contributions to economic development and social progress, and the substitution of electronic money for paper money will undoubtedly be another important milestone event. At present, electronic money has become a popular way of payment in people's daily life, and it has brought great influence to people's production and life. Therefore, it is a hot topic for experts and scholars to study and pay close attention to how to ensure the rapid and orderly development of electronic money. In this paper, based on Marx's theory, through a large number of summary studies, the related theoretical concepts of electronic money are defined, and the origin and origin of electronic money are expounded. Then combined with the specific problems of the development of electronic money specific analysis of the current development model of electronic money, from the development and practice of electronic money in China, the development of electronic money in the process of development problems, Such as the subject of electronic money issue, central bank supervision, tax collection and management, etc. Thirdly, this paper expounds the general situation of the development of developed electronic money in the West, and makes a comparative analysis with China's electronic money. Finally, this paper puts forward some suggestions suitable for China's e-money development model, including the electronic money issuing subject model, supervision model, tax collection and management model, and so on. So that electronic money in the future can be more rapid, healthy development.
