新常態(tài)下交通銀行J省分行營運操作風險管理研究
[Abstract]:With China's economy and finance stepping into the new normal, the pace of financial innovation and the process of financial liberalization reform are speeding up day by day. The extensive application of information technology, the "Internet of things" and "Internet of things" all affect the business model of commercial banks. Competition in the banking industry is becoming increasingly fierce. The change of business model and management mode of commercial bank urges it to introduce new products and new business constantly, which increases the complexity of commercial bank operation and the requirement of operation risk prevention and control. At the same time, in recent years, the operational risk events occurred all over the world have caused huge losses to commercial banks. How to prevent the operational risk of commercial banks, enhance the ability of operational risk control of commercial banks, and reduce the loss of operational risks of commercial banks has become an important issue that our banking regulators and commercial banks pay attention to and study together. Therefore, the study of this problem has a certain value of research and application. This paper chooses the operational risk of commercial banks as the subdivision area of operational risk, because the line of operation is the basic guarantee department for the development of commercial banks. Operational risk management is an important part of operational risk management and internal control mechanism of commercial banks. In the development of commercial banks, how to strengthen the management of operational risks in the face of the inherent characteristics of operational risks and new types of operational risks, It has become an urgent and research topic in the construction of operational risk management system of commercial banks. The structure of this paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, the second chapter is the overview of the operational risk of the new normal and commercial banks, the third chapter is the current situation of operational risk management of the J branch of Bank of Communications. The fourth chapter is the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the operational risk management of Bank of Communications Branch J, and the fifth chapter is the conclusion and prospect. In order to better study and analyze the problems existing in the operational risk management of commercial banks in our country at present, this paper takes J Provincial Branch of Bank of Communications as an example, combined with the new type of operational risk in the new normal. The present situation and typical cases of operational risk management in J Branch of Bank of Communications are pointed out, and the existing problems are pointed out. Based on the analysis of these problems, the improvement measures are put forward.
