【摘要】：在京津冀一體化的大格局大形勢下,保定處于得天獨厚的地理位置,整體的發(fā)展面臨嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn),更面臨巨大的機遇,在供給側(cè)改革不斷深入的背景下,國民經(jīng)濟的提檔升級迫在眉睫,這些均需要大量的資金支持,銀行作為企業(yè)和社會資金融合的橋梁,將迎來前所未有的機遇與挑戰(zhàn)。而對于中國銀行保定分行而言,致力于將自身打造成為跨區(qū)域發(fā)展、多元化經(jīng)營、傳承百年悠久歷史的一流國有股份制商業(yè)銀行,隨著金融同業(yè)競爭的日益加深,勢必需要探索研究和運用全新的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,才能在金融同業(yè)立于不敗之地。面臨京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展的機遇,本文結(jié)合當(dāng)前的經(jīng)濟形勢,針對目前中國銀行保定分行所面臨的宏觀環(huán)境狀況,以中國銀行保定分行發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的內(nèi)容以及實施保障措施為研究對象,首先分析了整個研究背景及意義,在此基礎(chǔ)上對中國銀行保定分行內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進行分析,找出了其目前發(fā)展中的優(yōu)劣勢,從而對其發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略及戰(zhàn)略實施對策進行了探討。通過以上研究,本文認為中國銀行保定分行應(yīng)從管理水平、機制建設(shè)、網(wǎng)點建設(shè)、效益增收、風(fēng)險內(nèi)控以及黨政建設(shè)等方面作為未來發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的目標(biāo),以促進保定分行持續(xù)健康發(fā)展,打造核心競爭能力,確保中國銀行保定分行在未來更好地服務(wù)于京津冀的協(xié)同發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the great situation of the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, Baoding is in a unique geographical position. The overall development is faced with severe challenges and great opportunities. Under the background of the deepening of supply-side reform, It is urgent to upgrade the national economy, which needs a large amount of capital support. As a bridge between enterprises and social capital, banks will face unprecedented opportunities and challenges. As for Baoding Branch of Bank of China, it is committed to build itself into a first-class state-owned joint-stock commercial bank with a long history of 100 years and cross-regional development. Must need to explore and use the new development strategy, in order to be invincible in the financial industry. In the face of the opportunities for the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, this paper, in the light of the current economic situation, aims at the macro environment that the Bank of China Baoding Branch is facing at present. Taking the content of the development strategy of Bank of China Baoding Branch and the implementation of safeguard measures as the research object, this paper first analyzes the whole research background and significance, and then analyzes the internal and external environment of the Bank of China Baoding Branch. The advantages and disadvantages of its development are found out, and its development strategy and strategy implementation countermeasures are discussed. Through the above research, this paper holds that Baoding Branch of Bank of China should be regarded as the goal of the future development strategy from the aspects of management level, mechanism construction, network construction, benefit increase and income, risk internal control and party and government construction, etc. In order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of Baoding Branch, build the core competitiveness, ensure the Bank of China Baoding Branch in the future to better serve the coordination development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
