【摘要】：金磚銀行是對現(xiàn)有國際貨幣體系下發(fā)展中國家開發(fā)性金融產(chǎn)品巨額需求缺口的填補(bǔ);金磚銀行與世界銀行為消除全球貧困和推動全球可持續(xù)發(fā)展目標(biāo)的一致性,使得二者的合作存在廣泛空間;如何更有效地支持發(fā)展中國家的發(fā)展是金磚銀行與現(xiàn)有國際金融機(jī)構(gòu)現(xiàn)階段及未來競爭的內(nèi)容,也是推動現(xiàn)有國際金融機(jī)構(gòu)和國際貨幣體系改革的動力所在。金磚銀行與現(xiàn)有國際金融機(jī)構(gòu)的關(guān)系,現(xiàn)階段互補(bǔ)為主導(dǎo),未來以競爭為主導(dǎo),無論哪個(gè)階段,互補(bǔ)與競爭均體現(xiàn)為互融互促的關(guān)系;互補(bǔ)競爭關(guān)系的動態(tài)發(fā)展,將使國際貨幣體系改革朝著更加合理、公平、有效的方向發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The BRICS Bank fills the huge demand gap for developing countries' development-oriented financial products under the existing international monetary system; BRICS and the World Bank are consistent in their efforts to eradicate global poverty and promote global sustainable development goals. How to support the development of developing countries more effectively is the current and future competition between the BRICS Bank and the existing international financial institutions. It is also the driving force behind the reform of the existing international financial institutions and the international monetary system. The relationship between the BRICS Bank and the existing international financial institutions is dominated by complementarity at the present stage, and by competition in the future. At any stage, complementarity and competition are reflected in the relationship of mutual integration and mutual promotion, and the dynamic development of complementary competition relations. It will make the reform of the international monetary system more reasonable, fair and effective.
