【摘要】：美國利用太平洋區(qū)域市場遠離歐洲和英鎊勢力影響的有利時機,通過構(gòu)建國際化的區(qū)域性市場網(wǎng)絡,為美元國際化奠定堅實的基礎,靈活運用區(qū)域市場組建區(qū)域貨幣集團,推動美元成為區(qū)域化國際貨幣,并以此為基礎與英國英鎊展開博弈,利用英鎊的信用維持困難和國際金融體系的調(diào)整,成功使美元成為全球性國際貨幣。人民幣要順利實現(xiàn)國際化需要借鑒美元的經(jīng)驗,在周邊國家和地區(qū)建成穩(wěn)固的貿(mào)易網(wǎng)絡和金融網(wǎng)絡,推動人民幣成為區(qū)域性國際貨幣,利用國內(nèi)的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和金融創(chuàng)新,夯實人民幣信用基礎并增強國際競爭力,通過推動國際金融體制改革,優(yōu)化人民幣國際化的制度環(huán)境,通過持續(xù)穩(wěn)健有序的步驟推動人民幣的國際化。
[Abstract]:The United States has taken advantage of the Pacific regional market away from the influence of European and sterling forces, and by constructing an international regional market network, the United States has laid a solid foundation for the internationalization of the US dollar and flexibly used the regional market to form a regional currency group. On the basis of promoting the dollar to become the international currency of regionalization, and on the basis of which, the dollar is playing a game with the British pound. It is successful to make the dollar a global international currency by using the difficulty of maintaining the credit of sterling and the adjustment of the international financial system. In order to successfully internationalize the RMB, we need to draw lessons from the US dollar experience, build solid trade and financial networks in neighboring countries and regions, promote the renminbi to become a regional international currency, and take advantage of domestic economic development and financial innovation. To consolidate the credit base of RMB and enhance its international competitiveness, to promote the internationalization of RMB through promoting the reform of international financial system, optimizing the institutional environment of RMB internationalization, and promoting the internationalization of RMB through sustained, steady and orderly steps.
