【摘要】：區(qū)別于以往學者研究我國國際金融中心建設時多從宏觀視角進行國際比較,以及對現(xiàn)有國際金融中心的歷史經(jīng)驗進行借鑒的方法,本文采用異質性人力資本投資效率這一微觀視角研究上海與紐約、倫敦、新加坡、香港、東京這5大國際金融中心的差距,力圖從異質性人力資本投資方面對上海的國際金融中心建設提供一些建議。首先,本文在總結前人人力資本理論的基礎上,從異質性人力資本投資的角度結合實際情況將人力資本投資分成三種:基礎型、知識-技能型、制度型。并論證了異質性人力資本投資與金融中心建設的相互作用機理。其次,本文通過對2011-2013年5大國際金融中心城市以及上海的截面數(shù)據(jù)進行標準化處理,利用主成分分析結合DEA模型得出各金融中心城市在三種異質性人力資本投資程度及效率上的差異,分析了三種異質性人力資本在國際金融中心建設上發(fā)揮的不同作用。發(fā)現(xiàn)上海相對于5大金融中心城市在知識-技能型、制度型人力資本投資方面存在較大差距。由此,本文認為上海需要做好三點:1.加大異質性人力資本投資力度;2.提升異質性人力資本投資效率;3.協(xié)調好與國內其他金融中心的關系。
[Abstract]:Different from the previous research on the construction of international financial center in China from the macro perspective of international comparison, as well as the existing international financial center of the historical experience of the methods for reference, This paper studies the disparity between Shanghai and five international financial centers, namely New York, London, Singapore, Hong Kong and Tokyo, from the perspective of heterogeneous investment efficiency of human capital. This paper tries to provide some suggestions on the construction of Shanghai's international financial center from the aspect of heterogeneous human capital investment. Firstly, on the basis of summarizing the previous theories of human capital, this paper divides the investment of human capital into three types: basic type, knowledge-skill type and institutional type from the perspective of heterogeneous human capital investment combined with the actual situation. The interaction mechanism between heterogeneous human capital investment and financial center construction is also demonstrated. Secondly, through the standardization of the cross-sectional data of the five international financial center cities and Shanghai from 2011 to 2013, By using principal component analysis (PCA) combined with DEA model, the differences of investment degree and efficiency of three kinds of heterogeneous human capital in different financial center cities are obtained, and the different functions of three kinds of heterogeneous human capital in the construction of international financial center are analyzed. It is found that there is a big gap in the investment of knowledge-based and institutional human capital between Shanghai and the five major financial center cities. From this, this article thinks Shanghai needs to do a good job 3: 1. Increase heterogeneous human capital investment. To improve the investment efficiency of heterogeneous human capital. Coordinate relations with other financial centres in the country.
