【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化是農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的根本方向,事關(guān)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)全局,而農(nóng)村金融事關(guān)農(nóng)業(yè)、農(nóng)民和農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展全局,它們之間互為因果關(guān)系。資金的有效供給是農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化得以實(shí)現(xiàn)的重要保障,農(nóng)村金融的發(fā)展有利于改善中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化發(fā)展過(guò)程中融資渠道有限、資金供給不足的局面,從而為中國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的實(shí)現(xiàn)注入新鮮的血液。反過(guò)來(lái),伴隨農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的發(fā)展將產(chǎn)生復(fù)雜的金融需求,這將倒逼金融部門(mén)進(jìn)行改革以適應(yīng)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的需要,從而促進(jìn)農(nóng)村金融的發(fā)展繁榮。從短期來(lái)看,農(nóng)村金融發(fā)展對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的正向作用明顯強(qiáng)于農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化對(duì)農(nóng)村金融的正向作用;但從長(zhǎng)期來(lái)看,農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化對(duì)農(nóng)村金融發(fā)展的刺激作用強(qiáng)于農(nóng)村金融發(fā)展對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化的支持作用。
[Abstract]:Agricultural modernization is the fundamental direction of agricultural development, which is related to the overall situation of socialist modernization construction, while rural finance is related to the overall situation of agriculture, farmers and rural economic development. The effective supply of funds is an important guarantee for the realization of agricultural modernization. The development of rural finance is conducive to improving the situation of limited financing channels and insufficient supply of funds in the course of the development of agricultural modernization in China. Thus, the realization of China's agricultural modernization injected fresh blood. On the other hand, the development of agricultural modernization will produce complex financial needs, which will force the financial sector to reform to meet the needs of agricultural modernization, thus promoting the development and prosperity of rural finance. In the short term, the positive effect of rural financial development on agricultural modernization is obviously stronger than that of agricultural modernization on rural finance, but in the long run, Agricultural modernization plays a more important role in stimulating rural financial development than rural financial development in supporting agricultural modernization.
