【摘要】：對(duì)于中國(guó)來(lái)說(shuō),加入SDR意義極其深遠(yuǎn),重新審視該事件,是有著極其深刻的國(guó)際和國(guó)內(nèi)背景的。從國(guó)際范圍內(nèi)人民幣的使用狀況來(lái)看,人民幣滿(mǎn)足IMF對(duì)一國(guó)貨幣成為SDR儲(chǔ)備貨幣的要求:在國(guó)際交易中被廣泛使用,并且在外匯市場(chǎng)廣泛交易。人民幣尋求加入SDR的夙愿由來(lái)已久,IMF自身也在尋求改革以更好地適應(yīng)當(dāng)前的國(guó)際環(huán)境。從國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)改革的情勢(shì)來(lái)看,人民幣匯改成效喜人,中國(guó)政府也在持續(xù)大力推進(jìn)人民幣國(guó)際化,我國(guó)在全球貨物和服務(wù)貿(mào)易中的地位不斷提升,并己占據(jù)重要位置等也都在呼喚著人民幣成為SDR籃子貨幣�？梢郧宄叵胍�(jiàn),自人民幣納入SDR后,無(wú)疑會(huì)增強(qiáng)了金融改革動(dòng)力,也凸顯出資本賬戶(hù)開(kāi)放的潛力。加入SDR在一定程度上代表了IMF和官方機(jī)構(gòu)的背書(shū),也是對(duì)中國(guó)在世界經(jīng)濟(jì)中日益增強(qiáng)的影響力的認(rèn)可。展望未來(lái),人民幣加入SDR后中國(guó)金融改革與發(fā)展,也必然繞不開(kāi)人民幣匯率形成市場(chǎng)化改革、國(guó)際資本流動(dòng)管理和國(guó)內(nèi)債券市場(chǎng)開(kāi)放三個(gè)重大問(wèn)題,中國(guó)政府要采取適當(dāng)?shù)拇胧┘右酝桩?dāng)應(yīng)對(duì)。
[Abstract]:For China, the significance of China's entry into the SDR is very profound. It has a profound international and domestic background to re-examine the event. From the point of view of the international use of RMB, RMB meets the requirements of IMF that a country's currency become a reserve currency of SDR: widely used in international transactions and widely traded in the foreign exchange market. The yuan's longstanding desire to join the SDR itself is also seeking reform to better adapt to the current international environment. Judging from the situation of domestic economic reform, the results of the RMB exchange rate reform are gratifying, the Chinese government is also continuing to vigorously promote the internationalization of the renminbi, and our country's position in the global trade in goods and services is constantly rising. And has occupied an important position are also calling for the renminbi to become the SDR basket currency. It is clear that the introduction of the renminbi into the SDR will undoubtedly strengthen the momentum for financial reform and highlight the potential for opening up the capital account. Joining the SDR is partly an endorsement of the IMF and official agencies and a recognition of China's growing influence in the world economy. Looking forward to the future, China's financial reform and development after China's entry into SDR will inevitably lead to three major issues: the marketization reform of RMB exchange rate, the management of international capital flows and the opening up of the domestic bond market. The Chinese government should take appropriate measures to deal with it properly.
