互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融背景下商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營轉(zhuǎn)型問題研究

【摘要】:伴隨著大數(shù)據(jù)、云計算等前沿互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,李克強總理在第十二屆全國人大三次會議的政府工作報告中首次提出“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”行動計劃,力圖創(chuàng)造新的經(jīng)濟增長點。在“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”的時代大背景下,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融企業(yè)適時抓住機遇,針對銀行存在的利息低、貸款難的問題,創(chuàng)新金融產(chǎn)品,轉(zhuǎn)變服務(wù)對象,迅速打開市場,成為不可小覷的主力軍,順利瓜分到該金融市場的大蛋糕。在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)高速發(fā)展、大數(shù)據(jù)普遍運用的背景下,商業(yè)銀行故步自封的發(fā)展早已無法適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的需要,大量互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融企業(yè)的崛起迅速擠占商業(yè)銀行的市場,進一步加劇了金融脫媒,使商業(yè)銀行的中介職能進一步弱化,與其相關(guān)的業(yè)務(wù)嚴(yán)重萎縮,營業(yè)利潤大幅度下滑。在外部市場環(huán)境不斷惡化的情況下,各大商業(yè)銀行間的業(yè)務(wù)同質(zhì)化程度較高,核心競爭力不突出,創(chuàng)新能力較差,不能及時有效的調(diào)整經(jīng)營思路順應(yīng)市場發(fā)展的需要,加劇了同業(yè)間的競爭壓力,使商業(yè)銀行陷入內(nèi)憂外患的不利局面。本文在運用文獻研究法、系統(tǒng)研究法對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融和商業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的相關(guān)文獻后進行整理,基于此搜集相關(guān)的理論作為本文的理論基礎(chǔ),其核心理論主要涉及金融信息化理論和企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略理論,后文也緊密依賴于這兩個理論進行研究并提出相應(yīng)對策。首先,從政治、經(jīng)濟、社會、技術(shù)四個方面分析互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融的發(fā)展趨勢,力證互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融將長期存在并不斷發(fā)展,在此基礎(chǔ)上明確研究互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融背景下商業(yè)銀行轉(zhuǎn)型的必要性。在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融背景下商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營的外部環(huán)境,為后文分析互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融背景下商業(yè)銀行面臨的挑戰(zhàn)奠定基礎(chǔ)。其次,從五個角度深刻剖析了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融盛行的背景下商業(yè)銀行面臨的嚴(yán)峻形勢,使商業(yè)銀行能更深刻的認識到轉(zhuǎn)型的迫切性并且能夠在借鑒互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融企業(yè)的突出優(yōu)勢以彌補自身的不足,借此提出諸如調(diào)整業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)、建立大數(shù)據(jù)管理和運用系統(tǒng)、立足客戶視角的精準(zhǔn)營銷、有效管理互聯(lián)網(wǎng)金融背景下網(wǎng)絡(luò)銀行的風(fēng)險、為銀行尋找新的利潤增長點以及優(yōu)化物理網(wǎng)點等角度提出具有可操作性的對策。本文以促進商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營轉(zhuǎn)型為目的,力圖找準(zhǔn)切入點進行改革創(chuàng)新,深度培養(yǎng)商業(yè)銀行的核心競爭力,提高相關(guān)的技術(shù)管理能力,不斷提升對客戶的服務(wù)質(zhì)量,從而推動其成長與發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of big data, cloud computing and other frontier Internet technologies, Premier Li Keqiang put forward the "Internet" action plan for the first time in the government work report of the third session of the Twelfth National people's Congress in an effort to create new economic growth points. Against the background of the "Internet" era, Internet financial enterprises seize the opportunity in a timely manner, aiming at the problems of low interest rates and difficult loans for banks, innovating financial products, changing service objects, and opening up the market quickly. Become a major force to be reckoned with, the smooth division of the financial market to the big cake. With the rapid development of Internet and the widespread use of big data, commercial banks have been unable to adapt to the needs of economic development, and the rise of a large number of Internet financial enterprises has rapidly crowded out the market of commercial banks. Further aggravated the financial disintermediation, further weakened the intermediary function of commercial banks, its related business shrank seriously, the operating profit dropped sharply. Under the situation of deteriorating external market environment, the business among the major commercial banks has a high degree of homogeneity, the core competitiveness is not prominent, the innovation ability is poor, and the management ideas can not be adjusted in time and effectively to meet the needs of market development. Intensified the interbank competition pressure, causes the commercial bank to fall into the unfavorable situation of internal and external troubles. This article uses the literature research method, the system research method to carry on the collation to the Internet finance and the commercial transformation related literature, based on this collection correlation theory as the article theory foundation, Its core theory mainly involves financial information theory and enterprise strategy theory, which are closely dependent on these two theories to carry on the research and put forward the corresponding countermeasure. First of all, from the political, economic, social and technological aspects of the analysis of the development of Internet finance trends, evidence that Internet finance will exist and continue to develop for a long time. On this basis, it is clear to study the necessity of the transformation of commercial banks under the background of Internet finance. On this basis, this paper analyzes the external environment of commercial banks' operation under the background of Internet finance, and lays a foundation for the analysis of the challenges faced by commercial banks under the background of Internet finance. Secondly, it analyzes the severe situation faced by commercial banks under the background of the prevalence of Internet finance from five angles. So that commercial banks can deeply understand the urgency of the transition and can learn from the outstanding advantages of Internet financial enterprises to make up for their own shortcomings, such as adjusting business structure, establishing big data management and application system, Based on the accurate marketing of customer perspective, the paper effectively manages the risks of Internet banking in the context of Internet finance, and puts forward operable countermeasures for banks to find new profit growth points and optimize physical networks. In order to promote the business transformation of commercial banks, this paper tries to find the right entry point for reform and innovation, to deeply cultivate the core competitiveness of commercial banks, to improve the relevant technical management capabilities, and to continuously improve the quality of service to customers.
