【摘要】：分析經(jīng)常賬戶可維持性及決定因素外匯儲備的來源是否可靠,資本賬戶開放和貨幣國際化的基礎(chǔ)是否扎實具有重要意義。為此,本文以勞動力成本和勞動生產(chǎn)率作為產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的代表,實證分析其與經(jīng)常賬戶可維持性的關(guān)系,發(fā)現(xiàn)勞動力成本的下降和勞動生產(chǎn)率的提高會顯著促進(jìn)本國商品和服務(wù)凈輸出,增強(qiáng)經(jīng)常賬戶的可維持性。進(jìn)一步的對比與趨勢分析顯示,中國的勞動力成本優(yōu)勢在逐年縮小;而勞動生產(chǎn)率雖迅速增長但與美國相比仍存在較大差距;總體來看,中國近年來的勞動力成本增速超過了勞動生產(chǎn)率增速。這也印證了中國人口紅利消失,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)不合理的現(xiàn)實情況。對此應(yīng)積極推行供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革,推動制造業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級,加大研發(fā)投入,通過勞動生產(chǎn)率的迅速提高來彌補(bǔ)勞動成本上升對產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的不利影響,進(jìn)而實現(xiàn)經(jīng)常賬戶盈余的可持續(xù),為資本賬戶開放和人民幣的國際化道路打下堅實基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:It is of great significance to analyze whether the current account maintainability and the determinants of foreign exchange reserves are reliable, and whether the foundation of capital account opening and currency internationalization is solid. Therefore, this paper takes labor cost and labor productivity as the representative of industrial competitiveness, and empirically analyzes the relationship between labor cost and current account maintainability. It is found that the decrease of labor cost and the increase of labor productivity will significantly promote the net export of goods and services and enhance the maintainability of the current account. Further comparison and trend analysis show that China's labor cost advantage is shrinking year by year, while labor productivity is growing rapidly, but there is still a big gap compared with the United States. China's labor costs have grown faster than labor productivity in recent years. This also confirmed that China's demographic dividend disappeared, unreasonable industrial structure of the reality. In view of this, we should actively carry out supply-side structural reform, promote the optimization and upgrading of manufacturing structure, increase R & D input, and compensate for the adverse effects of rising labor costs on industrial competitiveness through the rapid increase of labor productivity. Thus, the sustainability of current account surplus will lay a solid foundation for the opening of capital account and the internationalization of RMB.
