【摘要】:2008年之后,由于社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展形勢(shì)較差,信貸規(guī)模不斷減少,資本制約越來(lái)越強(qiáng),資金需求越來(lái)越大,銀行業(yè)傳統(tǒng)公司業(yè)務(wù)愈發(fā)困難,從而使得商業(yè)銀行不斷擴(kuò)張同業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)。大量實(shí)踐證明,同業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)的開(kāi)展能夠有效增加商業(yè)銀行的獲利途徑與獲利能力。當(dāng)前,同業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)變成銀行業(yè)務(wù)范圍領(lǐng)域里必不可少的關(guān)鍵部分。然而,伴隨同業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)的快速發(fā)展,出現(xiàn)了很多不容忽視的問(wèn)題,如貨幣市場(chǎng)流通性時(shí)時(shí)趨緊、資金空轉(zhuǎn)現(xiàn)象加強(qiáng)、資金套利操作頻頻、調(diào)控作用越來(lái)越弱等。所以,對(duì)同業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行深刻剖析以及探究迫在眉睫。XX銀行是最早開(kāi)展同業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)的銀行,其業(yè)務(wù)水平極高,在銀行領(lǐng)域排名靠前。XX銀行青島分行的同業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)排名在XX銀行全國(guó)40家直屬一級(jí)分行排名名列前茅。因此,本文選擇XX銀行青島分行同業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r來(lái)展開(kāi)探究,對(duì)該行同業(yè)同業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)內(nèi)部環(huán)境、外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,三種競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行比較研究,得出差異化戰(zhàn)略是最符合戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展需要的,并對(duì)該行同業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)具有的弊端作了進(jìn)一步探究,給XX銀行青島分行怎樣在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展速度不斷下降、資本制約越來(lái)越強(qiáng)、資本流通性風(fēng)險(xiǎn)越來(lái)越大的環(huán)境中來(lái)拓展其同業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)指明方向,并提出合理化建議,因此對(duì)同業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r具有很高的研究?jī)r(jià)值。本文通過(guò)SWOT分析法,深入探究了該行開(kāi)展同業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,得出了 XX銀行青島分行開(kāi)展同業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)所面臨的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇、威脅,分析了 XX銀行青島分行如何在XX銀行總行的指導(dǎo)幫助下,實(shí)施有別于其他金融機(jī)構(gòu)、包括其他兄弟分行的差異化策略:客戶群體的差異化、產(chǎn)品服務(wù)的差異化、市場(chǎng)研究的差異化、激勵(lì)機(jī)制的差異化等,來(lái)穩(wěn)健拓展同業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)的差異化經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略。

However, with the rapid development of the business, there are many problems that can not be ignored, such as the tighter liquidity in the currency market, the strengthening of capital turnover, the frequent operation of capital arbitrage, and the weakening regulation and control.
